Fun while it lasted - 1999 Chevrolet Tracker
By Chris Adams - July 9 - 2:00 amPurchased with 62k miles, looked great. there was a problem with no. 2 spark plug tube oil seal. Easy to fix ourselves. We set this car up for towing behind our motorhome. My wife liked it so much she drove it 7k miles around town. More fun than her El Dorado. Last week it became the center car in a chain reaction. We were fine. We drove it home. The other cars were towed. Car still runs/handles like a dream. Thats well built. Were going to fix it as insurance offered us 60% what it would cost to replace it. Real cost far excedes everybodys book values. At least here in California.

Fun Fun Fun - 2004 Chevrolet Tracker
By Charlotte - June 24 - 2:00 amThis is the perfect vehicle to zip around town. Not being a big person and not having any young children makes the size a practical fit. True, it is not anything fancy on the inside but, it does have all the features one needs. I drove this vehicle when I was on travel and loved it so much I had to buy one. I would recommend to a person who loves SUVs but does not need or care about all the extras. This is a fun vehicle...

Great SMALL SUV - 2003 Chevrolet Tracker
By Kaylees Mommy - June 18 - 2:00 amThis is a great SMALL SUV. If you dont need a lot of room then this is for you. The gas mileage is great, I have a 4cyl automatic and get around 23-25 city and even better highway.

...A GOOD BUY - 2000 Chevrolet Tracker
By BIG DADDY - June 10 - 2:00 amI BOUGHT THE TRACKER OVER FOUR YEARS AGO AND I HAVENT EVEN HAD TO REPLACE A MUFFLER. LOT OF LEG ROOM UP FRONT AND HEAD ROOM GALORE. THE 4CYL. ISNT QUITE ENOUGH, BUT THEY NOW COME WITH A SIX.ITS THE EASIEST SUV TO PUT THE SEATS DOWN, PACK UP AND GO. I PLAN ON HANGING ONTO MY TRACKER FOR SEVERAL MORE YEARS.

I love this car - 1999 Chevrolet Tracker
By gregdeb - May 15 - 2:00 amIf I buy a new car tommorrow it will be another tracker. I love this vehicle. I do a lot of traveling and need a car that can keep up with me. I have put 110K miles on this thing and have had to pay for very few repairs. I find the style very fun however, there is not much room for back seat passengers. This is definitely not a family vehicle. It is also a gas eating machine.

My ZR2 - 2002 Chevrolet Tracker
By Yoshi - May 14 - 2:00 amReliable and agile on snow, 4WD capabily on-the-fly is a nice touch, helps you save gas. I get very poor mileage, even in 2WD mode 95% of the times, I get 15-18 mpg, which is unexceptable given the fact that the truck is so light. It was build poorly as well, the drivers door is falling apart already after only 40K miles! The driver side visor also broke off. The trunk light inside never goes off! I have black tape over it. Asides the problems, its a very fun car to drive. Its quite fast, the light weight teamed with the V-6 makes it take off very quickly. Very noisy in the cabin, feels like it floats during light winds, or 80+ mph it swirvs left and right!
