  • Family of Trackers - 2003 Chevrolet Tracker

Ive had my 1st Tracker for 13 years. Its got almost 200k miles. Still running strong. My husband then got a Tracker because I loved mine so much. His has more than 200k. I have been iliterally in snow storms where snow plows have gone off the road but not my "go-caet". Will go through any weather!! I tell people all the time they stopped making them because theyre so great!

  • Reliable, ugly little beast - 2003 Chevrolet Tracker

This is my third Tracker, and first V-6. They are kinda ugly, but they always get you home. Mine serves two purposes: toad behind my motorhome and deeep boondocks transportation for hunting, fishing, and birding. I would much prefer it to a Jeep to cross the continental divide. Wife doesnt like the seats, as they are cloth covered cinder blocks, but....hey. Ice, snow, mud, sand....never been stopped.

  • Great for city driving.... - 2002 Chevrolet Tracker

I love my Chevy Tracker 4door, 2.0L automatic 4x4. It is great for any kind of city driving, and has a nice ground clearance for those pesky speed bumps and potholes, its 4WD works very well, however i do have a few complaints, on gravel/snow NEVER take it above 50KM/h(30mph) cause its short wheel base and poor steering control, its back end likes to Kick out, and can easily loose control of the vehicle, and with its narrow wheels flipping is defiantly a possibility, and at hwy speeds it defiantly feels tipsy, especially on bumpy roads, it likes being thrown around, defiantly cant be distracted when at hwy speeds. but i found it had suficent head room and easy to park, power is lacking

  • A lot of fun - 1999 Chevrolet Tracker

I bought my Tracker for my first car and I learned how to drive manual on it. Its so much fun to drive and I get pretty good gas mileage. The only thing thats had to be replaced is the clutch and soon to be the tires and top.

  • Great little Truck - 2003 Chevrolet Tracker

Ive had mine for about 4 months now. After having a 2002 tracker 4 cyl I wanted another. The V6 is VERY underpowered, but is adequate, its not a sports car afterall. I love the styling on the ZR2 and mine has the leather seats which are great. The fold flat floor is hady too. On complaint would be the gas mileage, I average about 16 city, and maybe 22 hwy. Which is terrible considering the size, but I love it so much I cant get rid of it!

  • Impressed me! - 2000 Chevrolet Tracker

Weve had our Tracker since Sept 99. No expensive issues not covered under warranty. On our third exhaust system from converter back. To be fair though, snapped off the first two (dont ask!) Really aggressive tires are a must if you plan to off road. Wind roar is bad, but thats after 4 deer in 5 years. Body panels dont allign quite as good as when new.Wind WILL shift lanes for you.

  • Nice little SUV - 2004 Chevrolet Tracker

I really enjoy driving this SUV. Its small and should be better on gas since its lighter than most SUVs. Having less leg room is a challenge but overall, a nice ride.

  • I miss my - 2002 Chevrolet Tracker

My mother bought this car when we were in need of another car, after i had gotten my license. I was Rear ended at a stop. this car was crushed, totaled. but i was completely safe, it saved my life. all that i got was a few cuts and bruised. This car did save my life, if i was in any other type of vehicle i would have been killed on spot. I miss this thing. "my Little Monster"

  • Awesome mini SUV - 2002 Chevrolet Tracker
    By -

Me and my mother actually shared this vehicle, and it was everyones favorite. It was the perfect size, Decent fuel economy with the 4 cylinder, the 4x4 was unbeatable, for a little 4 cylinder we would take it mudding and it would just sail around all those big "Mud" trucks that kept getting stuck. A real gold class SUV

  • Chevy Tracker is my favorite vehicle. - 1998 Chevrolet Tracker
    By -

I bought my Tracker in 1998 and it has been fun, reliable and a work horse. It has traveled across the country...twice. Seen both east coast and west coast. Gone up mountains and through deserts. It has 146,000 miles and still running strong today. Only problem is its rusting and the parts are becoming hard to fine. It still a great car and I would love to buy another one new.
