  • Great car! - 1993 Chevrolet Lumina

Have had this car since new in late 92. Have 143K on it now, and plan on making it another 143K. Gas mileage can exceed 30 mpg on highway. Very few problems. Wish they still made them. Have the 3.1L engine, which still has spunk!

This car was not a good purchase. A chronic oil leak, continual problems with power windows (1 front, 1 rear) and the trunk release have been irritating. Attention to quality in the details just isnt there.

I am original owner with 160,000 plus miles and bought this vehicle knowing I needed reliable transportation more than anything else at the time. I am just now retiring the vehicle for something new. It served flawlessly. I only had to repair normal things over its life (tires, brakes, battery, exhaust)

  • Better than I expected - 1997 Chevrolet Lumina

This was a corporate fleet car I bought from a dealer. It had 57000 miles and now has 97000. Its amazing to me that the resale price is so low. This is the first car I think Ill take the distance. Best highway car I ever had. Very reliable.

Very nice car, Ive bought the car new 5 years ago and it required no repairs, except oil and tires. Id definetly reccommend it if you are looking for a fairly cheap midsize car that has some of the best american engineering.

  • 2dr Euro coupe - 1993 Chevrolet Lumina

I bought this car back in 99 with 73k on it it now has 118k and still drives great. It was my first car and I am by far happy with it. The paint on these cars is awsome my car still looks brand new besides a few nics here and there from regular driving. This car really bites into the tar on corners. It has good take off for a car its size and has surprized many in its seats.

  • A Dependable Ride - 1997 Chevrolet Lumina

I have had my Lumina for three years, having bought it new. Except for an alternator at 55,000 miles and routine maintenance, I havent had to do a thing.Solid road car, I put on a lot of miles per year. My daughter is getting this one for going back and forth to college while I buy another Lumina with lower miles. I wish they would rethink discontinuing this model--its the best car Ive ever owned.

  • Flame red Z34 Chevy Lumina - 1992 Chevrolet Lumina

This is a great first car! Very nice, sporty, and fun to drive. No major flaws, no rust, or broken parts or excessive wear and tear. Gets you where you need to go. Roomy for a coupe yet can get you in and out of those busy shoping parking lots. The color is flame red, which turns heads. Great for all ages!

THIS CAR HAS BEEN AN EXCELLENT CAR FOR ME CONSIDERING IT WAS MY FIRST CAR. IT HAS A NEW PAINT JOB (BEAUTIFUL BLUE) INTERIOR HAS BEEN KEPT UP GREAT. THE CAR WAS AN UNDERCOVER POLICE CAR BEFORE I HAD IT. IT ALSO HAS A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE BREAK PADS.

  • Old Reliable - 1993 Chevrolet Lumina

After 9 years of this car, Im still not ready to give it up. Comfortable, roomy, great value for the money, and reliable as a Swiss watch. No drive train/transmission/radiator/AC problems. Early problems with the brakes, of course. Replaced a ball joint or two and some struts. I wish Chevy still made this car.
