So Far So Good Really Impressed - 2011 Chevrolet Cruze
By Anonymous - May 12 - 2:00 amHave been a F150 Lariet Truck fan for over 20yrs. Commute over 100 miles per day & was tired of waisting $$ on fuel. Cruze was 1st car I test drove & loved the leg room. Seat fits great, controls etc are nice.Ride is quiet & nice. Live in northern MN so was not sure of giving up 4WD for front wheel but so far so good. Handles great. Very impressed with my avg 38MPG on the highway. Over double what my truck was getting. Plan to use my savings for extra trip to the Caribbean.

Good Car - 2011 Chevrolet Cruze
By funrun25 - March 23 - 1:02 amThis was my first brand new car. I did a lot of research on a lot of different cars. I test drove this car and loved it. Its quite, great get up and go. I love the interior, it feels like a luxury car. I got the connectivity package and I use every part of it daily. The car averages about 29mpg combined fuel economy. Minor issue, there was a huge rain storm that lasted a week and the trunk of my car was leaking. Issue was fixed and so far no other problems. Ive had the car for 2 months.

Cruze is nice, but real mpg very disappointing - 2011 Chevrolet Cruze
By chevy68 - January 11 - 10:24 amThe Cruze LS 1.8L with 6-speed auto trans is a solid car. Nice styling, interior, features, ride and handling. However, highway mpg is not as advertised. I am only getting 28-29 mpg on 98% highway driving. By comparison, I always get the EPA mpg on my other vehicles. 6-7 mpg below the sticker value does not cut it. I made a decision to buy the Cruze over the Civic because of the great styling and features along with an advertised 35 mpg highway. I am now second guessing my decision based on the poor numbers.

Finally I can buy American - 2011 Chevrolet Cruze
By CarCool - May 29 - 2:00 amI was prepared to purchase the best car for my needs and if that car had a foreign name plate, so be it. I purchased the Chevy Cruze 1LT and love it. Great looking, a little bigger (inside and out) than most compacts, high safety factor which lowered my insurance substantially. Every time I drive it I am more impressed. GREAT CAR, GREAY Price and more than Great American Car it is a World Class Car.

Retro - Just Like GM Cars from 30 Years Ago - 2011 Chevrolet Cruze
By berlinetta - May 23 - 3:07 pmPoor assembly quality (squeaks and rattles) and an indifferent attitude in terms of customer satisfaction have marred my experience with my 2011 Chevrolet Cruze. After 30 days and 1,000 miles, this is the most disappointing initial new car ownership experience that Ive had in 25 years. This really is a nicely designed small car, fun to drive, and with a great interior. The back seat is cramped and fuel economy is very disappointing. Despite a real effort to make a competitive small car, my experience is that GM needs to work harder in terms of executing the details - especially in terms of build quality and customer assistance and satisfaction.

Chevy has delivered the WOW - 2011 Chevrolet Cruze
By dwight - March 5 - 2:00 amI recently purchased a new Chevy Cruze to replace my Mazda 3. I didnt think I would end up buying a Cruze, the car sold itself. The Cruze is marketed to compete with the Mazda 3, Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic. You cant compare these vehicles. The Cruze beats them easily. The quality is several car classes above its competition. You have to drive one to fully understand how up scale this car really is. It drives like a luxury class vehicle. Its quiet and is packed with upgraded features. Chevy has outdone themselves with this car. My prediction is, this will be a hot seller.

Great car for the money! - 2011 Chevrolet Cruze
By mikeylikesit - March 5 - 2:00 amI bought the Cruze last week and now have 600 miles on it. Really impressed with the styling, inside and out. Im 6-4" and weigh 255 and I fit very comfortably inside this vehicle. Almost no road or engine noise, good job with noise reduction effort on this car. It feels as if you are driving an expensive sedan. The dashboard controls are easy to read and everything is within reach. Huge trunk space also! Chevy really did a good job on this car!

Bluez Cruze - 2011 Chevrolet Cruze
By Caleb Allen - October 29 - 10:00 amI purchased my Cruze last month, trading in a Toyota Sequoia. I needed a car that would provide the same quality ride with better MPG. I have to say, its wonderful! Sure, I lost a lot of space, but Chevy really set standards high with the interior styling. Very quiet on highway and in town, and engine noise only comes when really punching. Not as quick as youd expect, but for a daily driver you have adequate power. Reliability up to the powers that be, I only have 500 miles on her so far. But the 100,000 PT, and 3/36 warranties give me peace of mind. Good buy.

Very impressed so far - 2011 Chevrolet Cruze
By abmwfan - June 29 - 7:13 amI purchased a 2011 Cruze 2LT as a commuter car and am very impressed so far. My benchmark for comparison is luxury brands like BMW and Volvo and this car measures up surprisingly well for a $20k vehicle. It handles well, steering is nicely weighted (at highway speeds), front leg room is excellent and the seats are very supportive. On-center highway feel is good. Body lean in corners is minimal. GM offers a nice choice of tech goodies for this segment. The vehicle is comparatively quiet at highway speeds. Keep in mind when you read reviews saying that this car is very quiet or "serene," its all in the context of the compact vehicle segment. Just dont expect a Lexus or BMW for $20k.
