Not too bad for a platform this aged - 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier
By Daveee - June 3 - 2:00 amIt is well known that the Cav is based an an aged platform. They have made updates, which can be seen in improved performance and the like. The car is relatively fun to drive. On the reverse side, the car rattles like no other, makes unusual noises, and does not have the most forgiving of manual transmissions. The car has rather poor fit and finish, and certain signs of age are already noticeable. Compared to my 2001 Chrysler Concorde LXi I would expect better gas mis mileage to be better.

I think that they need to expand their ideas on the interior design because a lot of things in the interior are made from flimsy material.

By winky681 - May 26 - 2:00 ami purchased my 2004 cavalier in december 2003. i really like the styling of my car and the dependability.the downside to my car is the stiff and bumpy ride. and the interior design is somewhat hampering. especially the cup holders and heating and air conditioning controls. controls are too low on the dash. and are hard to reach. especially if you are using the cup holders.
