The King of Automobiles - 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood
By Lord Fleetwood - March 31 - 11:50 pmI have owned this car for several years and the only repair I have had to do is replace the AC compressor. This car is the last of GMs true full-size rear-wheel drive vehicles, and it is a shame they stopped making them. This car excels in practically every area. Its design is classy and turns heads. It is an impressive looking car - long with a big grill in the front and fins in the back. Its ride is smooth and solid and offers unparalleled comfort. The interior room is enormous. No car since has offered the interior room this car has. Even though this car is heavy, the 5.7 liter engine moves it like a champ. You can drive with just a toe on the pedal and it still gets around 20-24 MPG.

Cruiser extrodinaire - 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood
By cadillacmike - January 16 - 3:38 amThe late Cadillac Fleetwood is the finest highway cruiser ever built. Weve taken it on numerous long trips of 500 miles or more and its always smooth & quiet. The sound system, while not a Bose system as in other Cadillacs it quite powerful. Its rear seat room is unsuprassed. The front leg room is not quite as good, as other large FWD cars, like the Buick Park Avenue. Its solidly built and can last many years if taken care of. The fact that its RWD makes it easy to do some maintenance / repairs on myself. It is an impressive looking vehicle with its size and ample bright metal trim. This was the model for the Presidential limo from 1995-2000.

Still a great old car - 1991 Cadillac Fleetwood
By Cadillac Jack - January 15 - 9:54 pmThese front-wheel-drive Fleetwoods are great cars. I bought mine used four years ago and it now shows 178,000 miles on the odometer, with another 100,000 to go without question. Its comfortable, reasonably good on gas (around 21 mpg combined city/highway) and because its front- wheel-drive it is great in the winter. If youre shopping for one in the rust- belt, be sure to look closely for hidden rust a common problem on these (in the trunk, lift up the carpet covering the wheel housing, under the hood, look to the inner fender area with a flashlight). They are going cheap lately and are a decent "grocery- getter." One can be had for around $1,000 (dont let high mileage scare you off...Ive seen them with 300,000 miles on them)

My favorite Cadillac - 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood
By Bill Granger - January 1 - 6:51 pmMy 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood is the tenth Cadillac which I have owned and I wish I could buy the exacy same car in 2005. Its that good. Its rear-wheel drive with traction control and it is a dream to drive on short jaunts and on long trips. It took us to Florida four times ... its a dream to drive. Every year I track the miles per gallon and have averaged over 21-mpg {total city and country driving) over ten years, which is fantastic. This car is dependable, comfortable, and a pleasure to own.

The last of the "real" Cadillacs - 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood
By cadillacmike - December 23 - 5:13 amI had a Black 1970 Fleetwood Brougham while in college-early 80s. It had a 133" WB, 228" LOA, rear footrests, reading lights, etc. But it was a New England rust bucket, so I moved away from Cadillacs. In January 2000, I needed a better tow vehicle, and so started looking for a Fleetwood or Roadmaster. I found both and decided to get a Fleetwood, because it looked better! I found a black Brougham-deja vu! It has every option except the sunroof (the rear lighted vanity morrors are more cool and I have two Cadillac convertibles anyway) and it has the CD player. I put 16,000 miles a year on it with no major suprises. The factory chrome wheels shine & the paint held up well. The engine is still silent & strong.

Excellent Purchase - 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood
By Sal Collaziano - May 12 - 2:00 amIm very happy with my 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. Its VERY big - in and out. The interior is VERY comfortable with plenty of room - and pretty quiet inside. Its very soft over bumps but handles surprisingly well. Even though the price of gas is going through the roof, I cant say Id rather be in anything else. I love big, plush, roomy, luxurious cars. The only car I feel compares to this is the Lexus LS - which costs about $50,000 more at this point.

Cadillac Fleetwood - 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood
By Ter3 Hamer - May 8 - 2:00 amI am a Canadian who purchased this in the States. Should know in advance that upgrading to Canadian standards will cost you a few thousand. Plus time. Do everything in advance.

Big boy and new baby - 1991 Cadillac Fleetwood
By majara - December 27 - 2:00 amWe have 3 kids and are expecting a 4th. I previously drove a 97 Corolla which was a great little car, but if all five of us wanted to go for a ride it could not happened. We are having a new baby and I dropoff and pick up the kids, so with Big boy we can all take a ride. The car floats instead of rolls on the road, acceloration from a stand still is great, it response well to braking, too. With all the cool gadgets, ie rear light vanity mirrors, arm rest and heat vents, powered from seats and that good ole american factory stereo I am happy!
