  My mother had a 1985. Says she will never own a car that is not a Cadi. Bought a 1990 DeVile in 1998 with 90k miles. It has now 130K, and it has proven to be a reliable car. No mayor mechanical/electrical problems. Favorite Sunday Drive car at home, specially for long trips. Safe and confortable. Can sit eight!! We love it

  Engines Blow Out in Cadillacs\Ask Me - 1994 Cadillac Deville

  Rides well, handles well. However, the Engine overheated and blow out. The gauges never informed that the engine was hot or low on fluid. I come from a family of Mechanics and know the importance of watching over a car......the gauges Ive been told operate after over 212 degress....and is useless to the Consumer. Cadillac should pay for the new Engine, but I never did ask them as I know uselss. I have two friends with Cadillacs this has happened to as well. joannebuck@att.net

  ACCELERATION IS VERY SMOOTH & ONLY HINTS AT ITS 275 HP. TRANSMISSION SHIFTING IS INVISIBLE. EXCELLENT BRAKING & PRECISE STEERING BUILD CONFIDENCE. IT TOOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES TO FEEL A PART OF THIS CAR. QUIET, COMFORTABLE INTERIOR. GREAT AUDIO SYSTEM. IT HAS AN INFORMATION DISPLAY THAT PROVIDES EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED TO KNOW. IN BRIEF, IT DOESNT LACK MUCH AT ALL.

  This 300 horsepower vehicle is the most fun to drive car Ive ever owned. Forget my wifes Lexus, this car is better!

  Service Engine Soon light is finally off - 2002 Cadillac Deville

  Bought a brand new 2002 Cadillac DTS in October of last year, and the car is finally running properly. Apparently, the factory installed catalytic converter wasnt processing the exhaust properly. Also, the "traction control" light would not turn off. One last problem -- the overhead reading lights would not shut off, ever. All of these problems occurred after the car was driven off the lot. Even with all these problems, this car is an absoulte pleasure to drive.

  Concours is hard to beat - 1999 Cadillac Deville

  The 99 Concours is the 2nd one ive owned in 2 yrs. Both were top notch vehicles in the way of confort and performance. The supprising thing about this Caddy is the fuel economy. I averaged just under 26 mpg on the open road.For a 300hp northstar thats pretty fair. One complaint is the the pull on steering during quick accelerations. Otherwise the Concours is a pleasure to drive. Its not your grandaddys caddy

  Excellent ride & handling. Seats could be a little softer. Fuel economy is quite good. Cabin is quiet even on windy days. Overall quality & workmanship is very good. This is my second Caddy, am very well pleased with it.

  Best of its Class - 2001 Cadillac Deville

  This is my third Caddy! I wanted to try something else this time around, so I test drove, Mercedes, Volvos, SUVs, Chryslers, several other brands only to go back to the Caddy! This car is so sleek and classy. Im younger and I think after owning several caddilacs, its very hard to go to another car. Especially when I test drive them and cant beleive for the same money, what the caddy has over them. Im stuck for life!!!

  I purchased the vehicle new. The ride and performance are outstanding. The car is beautiful. My only complaint is excessive (for a Cadillac) wind noise.

  Good looking car - 2004 Cadillac Deville

  Check the fluids at all times. Keep up with all maintenance. Things to look out for. Motor mounts. Window regulators.Head gaskets. Interior poor quality for a Cadillac. lock buttons broke -Nobody sits in the back. Same with window regulators. 3 of four window regulators broke.Should be a recall. Over $300 to replace. Not enough head room. My fedora keeps hitting the top. People have talked about hitting the cruise control button by accident. same here. Good trunk space. good passing speed when you need it. I bought this car in Jan 2017 with low miles. 68k. Still love this car. Bought an extended warranty. Replaced the motor mounts with that.
