  I just bought this off some guy at what i thought was a great bargain until I drove it home. The computer does not stop with error messages: "service ride control", a/c refridgerent too low (even though I just filled it), my odometer stopped moving, my ac doesnt work anymore, my radiator leaks and I have only owned it three days!!! Above all, it wont go into fourth gear. On the highway, for example, it stays in third. Worst purchase ever. Should have kept my Town Car.

  I was sure I would never buy another Cadi, the Catera was my only bad experience with GM. I drove, and bought a DEVILLE and words could not describe the difference. You have to try it to love it!

  Just finished a 4100 mile trip that took 14 days. Over-all mileage was 26.9MPG on regular gas. That included stop and go driving in Washington, DC and New York City.

  Exceptional sports car in disguise. - 2001 Cadillac Deville

  Drove 3yrs.(lease) The driver seat heater had to be replaced and the front dash, for buckling. The dealer did so with no hassle. Great car. Great performance. Its like driving a racecar/sportscar in disguise, because you have all the luxury too. Cadillac is exceptional with latest technology. I grew to love and depend on the backup sensors. They even go off if someone is walking behind your car and you dont see them yet. The only reason Im changing vehicles is this model change doesnt allow the front seat to extend back far enough to allow my 62" husband the leg room he needs to drive comfortably. He loves the passenger seat though!!

  More Refinement Please! - 2003 Cadillac Deville

  This is a nice car however being the most expensive American luxury car(DHS) on the road it needs to be improved. There is still too much road noise,vibration and harshness entering the passenger compartment at normal freeway speeds. Too much harshness from road bumps in the passenger compartment. This car is an improvement since the 2000 model but still not enough!

  This is a great, sharp looking, dependable car! It is comfortable and powerful on the highway, and gets great gas mileage!

  Cadillac vs Lincoln - 2003 Cadillac Deville

  My last 3 vehicles were Lincoln Town Cars and I thought they were the best riding vehicles around until I got my Cadillac DeVille and it beats the Lincolns, hands down. The on-star system is awesome. I will be driving this vehicle for a very long time!

  I was dissapointed when I had three recalls in the first six months of ownership. A 50,000 dollar car should be in better new car shape.

  I just purchased my 96 DEVILLE. She runs smooth, quiet, and stays where you put her. She hugs the road and loves to run. Very comfy, lots of room, lots of neat toys, potent little V8, every operation goes without notice.
