An Excellent Car - 1991 Cadillac Deville
By dgras673 - December 19 - 10:05 amI grew up watching my grand dad drive it around, and loved it then. Eventually, he was no longer able to drive, and Ive had it since. Its been amazing, the luxury of this vehicle even after 15 years is amazing. If you have one, take care of it, because not a day goes by it doesnt take care of me.

Excellant Car - 1993 Cadillac Deville
By Steve - November 21 - 12:44 pmI bought this car three years ago with 169,000 miles. I was impressed that it was so quiet and felt very tight. It has no squeaks or rattles. I now have 219,000 miles and its still tight. I have done minimum maintenance, just tires, brakes, and a new set of plugs. The interior is very comfortable with its living room type leather seats. The sound system is great. I recently updated with a CD player. The speakers still sound wonderful. I have always changed the oil every 3,000 miles or if I use synthetic every 6,000 - 7,000 miles. This Caddy is even good in the snow with its front wheel drive. I hope to get to 300,000 miles out of it and I believe I will.

The Best Caddy - 1997 Cadillac Deville
By limoman - November 8 - 4:04 pmThe DeVille Concours is the clear winner if you want that full luxury feel, but with agility. It is a flawless car in terms of maintenance and quality. I wish someone now could make such a luxurious interior.

Great Car - 2000 Cadillac Deville
By Rich H - November 1 - 12:08 pmI bought this car from an auction and I love it. I have had no problems so far. This is my 3ed Cadillac, I had two Eldorados before this one, but I had many problems with the other two. Its performance is great and so is its handling. You have a lot of confidence behind the wheel. It is also a very nice looking car, the people who I worked with thought it was a Mercedes. I just laughed.

4 Year 99 DeVille Owner - 1999 Cadillac Deville
By garageman - October 26 - 11:04 amThe high pressure power steering hose began to leak at ~77,000 miles. Also, the plastic dash top vent is warping due to heat damage from the sun. This has been a great all weather Colorado car. Each time (four to my recollection) I was pulled over for a driving infraction the officer had issued only warnings...never a ticket! All of the gadgets work perfectly. My wife complained that she slid about in the passenger seat. Also, I ran out of gas twice because the digital gas gauge begins to accelerate usage feedback the closer it gets from two gallons left in the tank.

Satisfied Owner of a Black on Black Cadd - 2002 Cadillac Deville
By Franklin Gerwe - October 24 - 7:05 pmThis vehicle is exceptional all the way around!. One problem area is A/C fan assembly. This car has had two replacements, one in 2003 and one in 2006. The module in the fan housing/assembly, that controls fan speed, fails without warning. The vehicle is garaged in Florida.

Third Cadillac - 2001 Cadillac Deville
By PhantomCadillac - October 24 - 8:08 amI have had this car for a little over a month. I have put 4,000 miles on it. The ride is excellent. The nav system needs a way to update. The night vision is ok but not really needed. Back up sensors are a really nice touch. The rain sensors are a nice added touch. One problem already is the seloniod in the transmission has gone bad and it will cost about $2,000 to fix. This is my third Cadillac and I have enjoyed everyone of them.

2003 Cadillac Deville - 2003 Cadillac Deville
By John Herman - October 22 - 3:24 amGood car except that at 15000 miles, Cadillac had to rebuild engine/installed new pistons and rings due to high oil consumption. No problems since. Now have 38000 miles. Excellent road car. Not happy with the resale value. Depreciates too fast. If I buy another Cadillac, Im going to look for a late model with low mileage that has already taken the depreciation hit.

Nice Car...If You Have the Bucks - 1990 Cadillac Deville
By Jack - October 18 - 7:28 pmI purchased this car whe it was twelve years old with 100,000 miles on it. It was very comfortable to ride in, its handling was good (for a car this size), and its power was adequate. This was the first year of multport fuel injection bumping the HP from 155 to 180, something the car definately needed. The backseat is HUGE! The power pulldown trunk is a cool feature. The digital dash was nice, as the analog only goes to 85 MPH. Its gas mileage averaged 15 MPG, in combined city/hwy driving. With high gas prices and these cars requiring premium, it wasnt a good mix. Its body has a nice classic shape. The rear-window is limo-like. Its small, and high rear shelf gives the car a more "private-car" look/feel. The A/C controls are oddly placed thhough.
