  • Very easy to live with - 1993 Cadillac Deville

Cadillac introduced an all-new front-drive Deville for 1985. The car received an extensive update for 1989, and another mild facelift in 1991. The 1993 model was the last year before the 1994 re-design. Acceleration is remarkable for a large front-drive vehicle, and the interior room is hard to beat. Drivers of all sizes should be able to find a way to get comfortable. The overall design has held up very well, and the 91 - 93 Deville still looks contemporary today. Composite front fenders have found themselves to be prone to cracking, and rust through on the A-pillar (particularly at the front-door hinges) is something to look for. Because of a long model run, used parts are plentiful.

Second owner. Had 16,000 miles when bought. Has driven beautifully. Very few problems and a comfort to drive long distances. Usually noticed as Wow! One of a kind for years on it. Saw it on the lot and was love at first sight, still is.

  • Excellant Car - 1993 Cadillac Deville

I bought this car three years ago with 169,000 miles. I was impressed that it was so quiet and felt very tight. It has no squeaks or rattles. I now have 219,000 miles and its still tight. I have done minimum maintenance, just tires, brakes, and a new set of plugs. The interior is very comfortable with its living room type leather seats. The sound system is great. I recently updated with a CD player. The speakers still sound wonderful. I have always changed the oil every 3,000 miles or if I use synthetic every 6,000 - 7,000 miles. This Caddy is even good in the snow with its front wheel drive. I hope to get to 300,000 miles out of it and I believe I will.

  • Just the truth.... - 1993 Cadillac Deville

I bought this car with 114,500 miles and now has 132,000. I have had absolutely no problems of any kind, and it is still as tight as a brand new car. My gas mileage is 16.8 in town (avg.), and 24.7 on freeway (avg.) I have done as much as 31.2 mpg on a freeway trip from Portland OR to Eugene OR with the cruise control set the whole 128 miles at 55 mph. With proper care and maintainence, I fully expect to surpass the 292,000 miles I put on my 1979 Cadillac Coupe DeVille, and would not be surprised if I make it to 350,000-400,000. It is my opinion that these 93 coupes are way undervalued, as there were only 4,127 of the 2 door models made, and they are such excellent, safe, reliable, and powerfull cars.

My 1993 Cadillac DeVille is a good car. I love it, the ride quality makes you feel like you are floating. It is the most comfortable car Ive been in, but that goes for all DeVilles. It is solid (if you tap something it rarely even dents), shes a heavy car. The car still has plenty of power, only 200hp but a lot of torque, and a big V8. I have had to put $800 of work into it mechanically, but shes never died on me. Ive had problems with the water pump, fuel pump, and a couple of things that a tune up could handle, but the even with those problems my DeVille has never let me down.

  • you gotta luv cadillac - 1993 Cadillac Deville

When I was looking for a car to buy I came across the cadillac deville, it was love at first sight. When i first purchased this car I felt like a million bucks. It has a great sound to the 4.9L V8, and is still quite fuel economic for its size. It is a smooth quite ride, with tons of space and comfortable leather seats. The exterior is beautiful with the hood ornament and chrome grill. This car is built so well that it most likely could last up to 230,000 miles. Every little feature to this car is excellent! if you buy this car youll be noticed!

This car is great! For four years now it has always been reliable. It also is very comfortable and always looks brand new after I clean it. I feel very fortunate to have this car. It is the third Cadillac in a row that I have owned. I know for sure I am going to get a fourth one. My current one has 120,000 miles and I bought it with 63,000.

  • Luv My Cad! - 1993 Cadillac Deville

I bought this car because we needed a second car when my wife went back to work. Basically, I started out looking for a little economy car, but I couldnt stand how small they were! So, I saw my caddy for sale and stopped for a test drive. Ill tell you right there, it was true love from the minute I sat down in those incredibly comfortable seats. Then after I applied my foot to the gas pedal and flew, I knew it had to be mine. The price was right, so I made the deal and I havent regretted it yet. In fact, I just got a personalized plate that reds "LUVMYCAD" and that says it all!

and this one is my favorite. Bought this car new and have been driving it constantly (125,000 miles). Audio is spectacular, big V8 provides good pickup for such a large vehicle. Ride is still smooth and the seats have lazy boy caliber comfort. Decent highway gas mileage, cheap to fix, seats many comfortably/safely.
