Our 99 DeVille - 1999 Cadillac Deville
By rockiesfan - January 15 - 3:06 amDriving the Cadillac DeVille is great. We took it to Tennessee in Dec. 05 and I couldnt be happier with it. It has plenty of room, is quiet and has an awesome engine! For a heavy car it really runs. I like how the power takes you over hills with the cruise on and only slows down a mph or so. Its fuel mileage was right at 26 mpg, now thats good. My only complaint really is mine has no OnStar, and the stereo isnt luxury car material in my opinion.

Used Concours - 1999 Cadillac Deville
By bigeel0 - January 10 - 4:48 pmI bought my 1999 Cadillac DeVille Concours in Reno, Nevada. It was a trust car before being traded in. It had 77,000 miles and now has 120,000. I have not had no problems except with a constant SES sign but the Cadillac forum tells me dont worry about it. It is a comfortable ride and a pleasure to drive on long trips. The only problem I will fix in the future is the oil leak that according to the Cadillac forum most Northstar engines have. I have changed the oil regularly, but have experienced no other real problems that have hindered my enjoyment of this vehicle.

Fine design - but Premium Fuel - 1999 Cadillac Deville
By pecans - December 13 - 7:31 pmI inherited this car and while it wouldnt have been a car I would buy personally, I found it a definite pleasure to drive. The leather and power seats were comfortable to my sore back. The front passenger amenities were 1st class. Driving conservatively gave 28 mpg highway. As a touring car, the quiet smooth ride delivers an elegant driving experience.

my 99Caddie - 1999 Cadillac Deville
By mkennedy - August 23 - 2:00 amoverall I liked the car But the vibration and hard suspension was wearing. Drive 900 miles and you are exhausted. My 93 Cad. drove like a dream I could drive 1000 miles and get out and still be able to walk! This one -forget it! Im exhausted! The road control is not as good as the 93. More swerve on curves. I had A/C problems that my dealer was not able to correct purchased the car from. problem I now After $859.00 I still have a car that misses or a bad transmission. I love the space this car has but dont like the dealer I have and he is the only one in 50 miles. The Cdillac deVille is not the car it once was. Ive owned 3.

Concours is hard to beat - 1999 Cadillac Deville
By chuckd - March 1 - 1:42 amThe 99 Concours is the 2nd one ive owned in 2 yrs. Both were top notch vehicles in the way of confort and performance. The supprising thing about this Caddy is the fuel economy. I averaged just under 26 mpg on the open road. For a 300hp northstar thats pretty fair. One complaint is the the pull on steering during quick accelerations. Otherwise the Concours is a pleasure to drive. Its not your grandaddys caddy
