  Drove vehicle 9.5 months - mostly to the repair shop. 14 visits for 21 discrepancies. Out of service for 35 days total. Roadside assistance never followed up on any calls. Cadillac arbitrator was illiterate with automobile related issues. I choice I lived to regret.

  It was in the shop at least twice a month having something repaired. At approx 40k miles the engine all but quit. I had problems with the climate control, moonroof, heated seats, steering, rear sunshield, and others. With 68k on the odometer the engine died. Even though GM told me it was my problem, the dealership is helping me get it fixed. Kudos to Martin Cadillac in Bowling Green, KY. Theyre the first automotive service center to ever gain my trust and respect.

  2001 Catera review - 2001 Cadillac Catera

  I bought my Catera in October of 2001 the deal I got combined with 0% financing for 5 years was too good to refuse. Overall Im happy with my Catera. Its cleanly styled both inside and out, and my car is tightly and solidly built. Power is strictly average considering the cars weight, but for routine driving its fine. Handling is quite good, and the seating is roomy and very comfortable. Ive had two or three minor problems, but nothing major over the cars first 5,000 miles.
