A Luxury Sleeper, Retro Style - 1998 Buick Riviera
By Aaron S. - December 14 - 2:00 amThe 95-99 Riviera is a large, comfortable, quick, attractive coupe. Its design feeds from the classic Riviera lineage, & has a very retro feel. Theres a spacious interior, soft ride, torquey engine, heavy (safe) chassis, & traditional style. It has a gorgeous body, its curves and edges continuing the classic-car look with a wide & low stature & pinched fenders. One of the last big & fast 2-doors, the Riv is a definite "sleeper. Leather (heated & motorized) buckets, power everything, auto climate control, CD radio, self-dimmed mirror w/compass, huge trunk, and VERY quiet ride make driving a pleasure.

Best car ever owned - 1997 Buick Riviera
By Moto - November 15 - 2:00 amThis car is a joy to ride and at 6 years old still turns heads. Gas milage is great. Only problem I have had is the Traction control unit went bad and its rather expensive to fix. Other then that, I still enjoy this car like the day I bought it!

Riviera Review - 1992 Buick Riviera
By silverrobins - September 28 - 2:00 amOne of the finest automobiles I have owned and I have owned plenty! Only wish I could purchase a new on just like it. GM should never have changed/discontinued this model.

My Riv - 1999 Buick Riviera
By searsburggirl - September 5 - 2:00 amI have owned two Rivieras over the last four years and am sorry Buick has halted production on this very classy car. The Rivieras is one of the finest vehicles I have ever owned. They are comfortable, easy and fun to drive and handle very well (especially in the snow). Maintenace on both vehicles has been minimal. Heads turn when I drive this car!!

Pleased as punch - 1997 Buick Riviera
By Lilolelady - August 24 - 2:00 amThis is our second Riviera. We traded a 2001 LeSabre for it and have not been sorry. Great ride, 30 mpg, quiet, comfortable and handles amazingly well for a front drive full size ride. Its a keeper.

Best car I ever owned! - 1997 Buick Riviera
By freiselt - July 31 - 2:00 amI bought this car when I took a job that required a lot of travel and wanted a comfortable car for long trips. It has fulfilled that task very well. Reliability has been great. Ive only had to replace the water pump, spark plugs, etc. Normal maintenance. Changed oil every 3,000 miles and it has always gotten me around in style and comfort.

A Great Car - 1995 Buick Riviera
By GrannyConnie - July 1 - 2:00 amThis has been a wonderful car... it still looks as good as brand new and still drives and handles wonderfully. Ive always gotten many compliments on it, and in the eight years Ive had it, have had no major repairs needed. Brakes, battery, general maintenance.
