Second one - 1992 Buick LeSabre
By larry - December 16 - 12:06 pmBought a 92 limited with 69,000 miles for $1800 dollars that 85 yr old lady traded in. Arctic white, very tight, nice looking with red leather interior. So far with 3000 miles no problems. Average 28mpg in comfort and safety. Im not a fan of the 4 speed overdrive auto so I am careful with it.

A pleasant surprise - 1992 Buick LeSabre
By me? in a BUICK?! - October 11 - 2:21 pmI bought this "beast" from my bro-in- law for $1,000. It had about 82,000 miles. I figured it would be a good first car for my soon to be driving 17 yr old daughter. Little did I know I would need it for myself. Ive put 10,000 miles on it since. Its too big and mushy for my taste. I tend to drive spiritedly. You just cant zip around corners. But its got a lot going for it and a used LeSabre is a terrific value. This car was $24,000 in 92 with loads of luxo/safety items. They are generally owned by older folk who drive easier and keep up with servicing. The car is very dependable. I recently replaced the master cylinder which gave me plenty of warning ($500).

Good...so far! - 1992 Buick LeSabre
By jackalous - June 12 - 2:00 amI have only owned this car since February and I have had two problems with it. First the climate control stopped working. Found out it was the CC panel inside the car. Disconnected it and the car was on its way. A week later the car suddenly died on the side of the road. Had it towed home and monkeyed with the alternator (took it out and put it back in about 6 times!) and now it works! I dont ask questions anymore, I just bought roadside asst instead!

I will probably die first. - 1992 Buick LeSabre
By smpl_gifts - February 5 - 2:00 amI got this car from my parents at about 80,000 miles and it has not let me down once. At 162,000 miles it burns no oil and still can accelerate briskly. Mileage is about 28-30 on the highway even at high speeds No one ever believes this Road and Track even had an article about it!!! Suspension is WAY too soft and this makes the car uninspired enough so sometimes I want to get rid of it, but I should never get rid of a reliable car, I will regret it down the road.
