Overview & Reviews
Acura adds XM Satellite Radio, heated door mirrors and a four-way power passenger seat to the standard features list. The steering wheel-mounted audio and cruise controls are now illuminated.
- An engine that loves to rev and sounds good doing it, sharp handling, slick six-speed manual transmission, upscale interior look and feel, long list of standard equipment, top-of-the-line navigation system for those who want it.
- Forgettable styling, not much power until the engine gets revved up.

Best value on the market - 2005 Acura TSX
By jogee - December 14 - 3:33 amSave yourself some time. If youre looking for a higher-end vehicle that gets great gas mileage, is of outstanding quality, has great performance, and is a good value, get the Acura TSX. Im sure Lexus, Infiniti, Audi, and BMW have very good competing models. But you cant touch them for the same money. I researched vehicles for about 5 months before I bought my TSX. So far its lived up to my every expectation. Not sorry I made the choice. Engine noise is almost non-existent, even at high RPMs. This little car will really get up and go if you want it to. More that acceptable acceleration, even at low RPMs (considering its a 4-banger). A great car and a great value!

buy this car!!! - 2005 Acura TSX
By kdw - December 1 - 9:46 amAfter several years of driving VW Jettas, I wanted a more sophistocated yet sporty vehical. Once I saw the TSX, I loved it - Once I drove the TSX I knew that I had to own it! Sorry VW, but the TSX give a whole new meaning to "FUN TO DRIVE". I bought my new TSX in July and have put nearly 11k enjoyable miles on it! I dont regret buying my car when I did, however, they have added heated side mirrors as well as power passenger seats. I still would buy mine again when I did - I love it!

LOVE my Acura! - 2005 Acura TSX
By Sarah - November 30 - 4:49 pmWhen it comes to cars, I must be spoiled, because my history of cars have all been great (1990 Honda Prelude, 1997 Accord sedan, and 2000 Accord coupe). But since I got my TSX in May of this year, I have been in love! This car is sporty, stylish, sleek, everything you could possibly want in a car, and with just enough a hint of luxury to make this mid-20s chick feel rich! I was in a collision in my TSX recently and felt absolutely safe in my Acura. Its five star collision rating proved to be true, and I am still in love with my TSX!

Awesome Vehicle - 2005 Acura TSX
By Julie - November 9 - 11:20 pmI did a lot of research and decided on the Acura TSX. I drove a Mercury Cougar for 6 years and going from a two door 6 cylinder to a 4 door 4 cylinder made me apprehensive but that feeling was long gone after the first test drive. It rides much smoother, handles extremely well and I am very happy with the purchase.

By john - September 8 - 5:04 pmVery poor gas mileage on the first half tank of gas. Can burn 1/2 tank of gas in 1 day just doing local driving.

2005 Acura TSX - 2005 Acura TSX
By Driver - September 1 - 5:21 amThe best drive I ever had in the TSX was the test drive. It makes a very good first impression. This quickly wears off though after you drive it for a month or two. It quickly develops rattles and squeaks and the precise handling quickly loses alignment. Its never starts without cranking too long. The fuel economy is much worse than advertised, even under optimal conditions. Seats are narrow and uncomfortable for an average-sized person. No side-body protective molding. Also, some of the fancy features are poorly implemented. It has power seats but no position memory which is worse (slower and less reliable) than plain old manual seats. Theres no "mute" button for the stereo.

Very Impressed - 2005 Acura TSX
By Jeff - August 16 - 9:03 pmLove the car!!! Excellent handling and very quick. Also, I like that it doesnt have DRLs or automatic door locks and headlights, I like to be in control of the car, not the other way around. For the price, it cant be beat.

TSX - Fun car to Drive! - 2005 Acura TSX
By John - July 8 - 1:13 amThe TSX has been a great car to have in my driveway. It is a sports car that doubles as a small sedan. With six speeds and 200 horses under the hood it provides lots of driving fun.
