  • Excellent Value & Car - 2005 Acura TSX

I previously had a 3.2 TL, 6 cylinder w/NAVI. Well, I didnt think I would be able to go from a 6 cylinder to a 4 cylinder. There is really not much difference at all...a few seconds to reach 60 mph. But, dont know about you, but I really dont need to get to 60 mph or above in record time. So, for a great car with lots of goodies, digital displays, luxurious interior and extremely fun to drive, its definitely worth a test run! Good luck and happy (safe) driving!

Our ownership of Honda products started back in 1988. After three Accords later, I must say this is one of the best from Honda. Interior, fit and finish, handling, the exterior design is all there plus some more. Cant wait to drive it in the morning everyday to work.

Acura has definitely lived up to the hype. A limited production vehicle, the TSX is in definite competition with the BMW 325i, Audi A4, Mercedes Benz C Class, Subaru WRX, and Infiniti G35. The interior is luxurious and tasteful, with a plethora of features and amenities, especially the useful navigation system. The exterior is well designed, with the grill complementing its aggressive stance. The ride is firm but soft, as the suspension withstands bumps nicely. The body is agile and has minimal body roll, giving the TSX a sports sedan attitude. The 200hp VTEC engine is smooth and silky, with plenty of low-end torque for passing and freeway acceleration. At $30,000, a definite best buy.

  • High Quality, Economical, Great Value! - 2005 Acura TSX

The TSX is an extraordinary value with great quality and style. It is very well equipped, including VSA and a full array of air bags. The parchment interior is well designed and very attractive. The auto transmission is smooth and responsive. Fit and finish are excellent. Two concerns: (1) the ride is good on highways and smooth streets, but rougher than desired on bumpy streets, and (2) the passenger seat which has no vertical adjustment and is too low for my wifes comfort and ease of access. (I bought a matching pillow for that seat for added height and comfort.) After 4000 miles, gas mileage is excellent, averaging 27 in mixed driving, 33 on the highway, and still improving.

Ive only had the car for a week, but Im running out of excuses to run to the store. This car is a thrill to drive. It has nimble handling and quick responsiveness of a sports car with the comfort of a luxury car.

This car puts you in harmony with the road. Unlike to focus of many cars that seek to place the driver and the road as far apart as possible the TSX lets you decide. You feel the road; the twists and turns, the need to be alert to conditions, and the fun driving can be. I am an older driver who remembers the sports cars of his youth and can still enjoy the road.

The TSX is a very good buy for the money and fun to drive. Everything you could want is standard.

  • Impressed on TSX - 2005 Acura TSX

The wife and I stopped by our Acura dealer, mainly because I wanted to test drive a TL. But after driving the TSX, I was convinced the TSX was a much better value, as I didnt feel the TL delivered enough for the extra $6,000. Bottom line: the TSXs 4 cyl really surprised me. It can ride somewhat rough on bumpy surfaces, but thats to be expected with sporty cars. About 30 mpg on highway, which is decent.

This is a fun car to drive. Its more exciting to drive than my SHO was. Global navigation is great in my business. I originally bought it for my wife but she doesnt like a car telling her when to turn. Had to get her a new Lexus with no navigation to get it away from her

I love the car. I traded in a sports car for it and thought I would miss it. I was wrong. I travel a lot and the navigation system is well worth the money. The audio system rocks! Handles great on the freeway. The interior is very comfortable.
