Overview & Reviews
Acura adds XM Satellite Radio, heated door mirrors and a four-way power passenger seat to the standard features list. The steering wheel-mounted audio and cruise controls are now illuminated.
- An engine that loves to rev and sounds good doing it, sharp handling, slick six-speed manual transmission, upscale interior look and feel, long list of standard equipment, top-of-the-line navigation system for those who want it.
- Forgettable styling, not much power until the engine gets revved up.

Great car - 2005 Acura TSX
By sportingbill - October 27 - 10:46 pmThe Acura TSX is supposed to be the entry-level sedan. If it is, this is a fine entry level. Everything, meaning everything, has performed as advertised on this car since purchase 10 months ago. It is quick, it is nimble, it is a blast to drive. If you are overweight, you might not be as comfortable in this smallish interior as some. It has a 4-cylinder engine, but it is tuned to performance levels. Pickup has never been an issue.

Great car - 2005 Acura TSX
By pkp144 - October 26 - 11:32 amThis is as smooth of a car as you will find. not too big, not small, just right. The 4cyl is buttery smooth, and the tranny is unreal! The car begs to be driven. The car looks like nothing on the road. Averaging 29- 31 mpg on the highway and total avg of 25 mpg. That is stout!

Very Very Nice - 2005 Acura TSX
By TT - October 25 - 12:00 amPro 1) The MT is just a dream to drive. 2) Seats that fit just right. 3) Honda/Acuras safety and quality reliability. Cons 1) The engine needs more torque, but if I wanted that, I should of got a TL. 2) When the car was purchased, the rear seat fold down did not work for right side, when using the key. Though the pull string works from the trunk.

Great Car! - 2005 Acura TSX
By David W - October 18 - 4:38 pmI bought this car for my wife and quickly realized I wanted to steal it from her. It is a great car to drive and has enough room for a family. The car is very affordable and out performs any other car in this price range.

Best Overall Sedan - 2005 Acura TSX
By Dallas Realtor - October 18 - 1:50 amVery comfortable in the front. Theres not an abundance of space, but its very well used. My passengers are comfortable in the back all day. It also accelerates quietly and smoothly with plenty of power. You hardly notice the shift points. Good gas mileage, I average 29 MPG in Dallas driving conservatively & 24.5 MPG driving aggressively. Theres not any squeaks or rattles. The turning radius, as mentioned in other reviews, is pretty sorry for a vehicle of this size. However, the car handles exceptionally well: very nimble and sure footed. Very well appointed vehicle even in base form. Good luck finding a finer vehicle for under 26k! Practical & Fun, whats not to love?

"dr tsx" - 2005 Acura TSX
By notoriousdk - October 16 - 7:50 pmExcellent performance, and fuel mileage, smooth engine, very luxurious and fully loaded for its price. It is a great value, but it does have some minor defects and rattles which is a bit surprising. Overall great car.

Awesome Car - 2005 Acura TSX
By steve - October 8 - 9:30 pmBought the car in December and have about 2200 miles on it. This car is the sports car my Eclipse never was. Great handling, smooth ride and great acceleration. Youd think you had a V6 under the hood. The quality is typical Honda/Acura--everything works perfectly. I really like the design of the interior--beautifully thought out, clean, functional, comfortable. I also bought the spoiler and aero kit for a more agressive look. The car looks fantastic in black.

Acura TSX 2005 - 2005 Acura TSX
By Uddy Hanson - October 5 - 3:37 pmI love my 2005 Acura TSX. I looked at many cars before I test drove the TSX. Once I drove the car, I decided that this is the car for me. I have owned two Honda Civics and was looking to move up to a premium brand. Nothing else in the price range can match the TSXs features. HID headlights, heated leather seats, power moonroof, 6 disc in dash CD changer, XM satellite radio, dual zone climate control, and VSA all standard. Why would anyone buy anything else?

Low price Luxury - 2005 Acura TSX
By veniceknite - October 4 - 1:35 amI love the 6 speed, but realize this is a 4 cylinder car and that limits so much. It is very tight, stubby vehicle with a great look inside and out. Has all the options standard except for navigation. 25 miles per gallon so far at the max.

Everything I Expected & Then Some - 2005 Acura TSX
By D W - September 30 - 11:18 pmThe TSX is an excellent, well-rounded, highly reliable, fun-to-drive sedan. Im seriously thinking about buying a second one for the wife. I thought about Audi (for AWD) & BMW (pure performance), but its hard to justify the $10-15K premium, given how good this car is. Very satisfied thus far.
