Overview & Reviews
The TL has been completely redesigned for 2004. A 270-horsepower V6 is standard, and both a six-speed manual and a five-speed automatic transmission are available. The level of luxury inside the cabin is up, and driving dynamics are better than ever.
- Luxurious interior, long list of standard equipment, powerful V6 engine, slick-shifting six-speed manual, pleasant blend of ride comfort and fun.

2004 Acura TL - 2004 Acura TL
By Heinzl - September 5 - 10:00 amFrom the buying experience to a 2000 mile trip this Acura TL has to be one of tyhe best buys in its category. I have driven the BMW 3 Series as well as the Lexus ES 330 and this car has them beat in about every category.

From 2003 TL owner to 2004 TL .... - 2004 Acura TL
By AtlantaGA - September 5 - 10:00 amTraded my 2003 TL after 25 months with 75,000 miles for a 2004 TL. My only complaint on the 2003 was the soft seats lacked some serious lumbar support. The new 2004 TL seats are much firmer and better for someone that drives in excess of 35,000 miles each year. Never changed my Michelin tires on my 2003 but have heard from several friends that the 2004 tires are wearing out at 15,000 miles ... I find that hard to believe and will be very disappointed if that happens to me. I have 4000 miles on my car and have noticed some rattles and steering wheel vibration ... several issues that will have to be addressed by the dealer. Overall I think this is the best c

2 Week Status Report of my 04 TL w/ Navi - 2004 Acura TL
By Poe - August 11 - 2:00 amIt has been two weeks since I picked up my Black/Ebony 04 TL w/Navigation. This is by far the most fun to drive vehicle I have ever owned. I am the former owner of a 2002 BMW 330i, and I must say the TL has proven to be a pleasant surprise. The power is quite adequate, and the handling is impressive. I really enjoy the styling of this car, and have received far more positive comments from strangers than I ever did driving my Bimmer. The interior quality is outstanding, and the sound system is the best stock system I have ever heard. Best all- around package under $40K!

The TL Caught My Eye - 2004 Acura TL
By Pagemaker - August 4 - 2:00 amMy 98 Lexus was getting long in the tooth so I was about to trade up when I ran across an 04 Acura TL ad on the web which made me curious. Went to the dealership to check it out and was pleasantly supprised. I had always considered Acuras a bit Plain Jane but this one knocked my socks off. My friends and relatives assumed Id be trading up to a new Lexus but the ES 300, I was looking at, just couldnt compare from a price point, style or feature standpoint. The TL package is well put together. Who needs snob appeal when youre sporting gas money.

By GBerg1 - July 31 - 10:00 amThis is my third acura (2 previous CLs) and I jumped from a coupe to a sedan because it was just as exciting to see and drive. There is nothing wrong and everything right with this car/acura really got it right!

The Best! - 2004 Acura TL
By Lanson - July 25 - 10:00 amWithout doubt, this is the best car in its class! The 270HP V6 VTEC engine brings sports car fun to a sedan. Added to this a killer navigation system, stereo and XM radio. Acura has done its homework!
