Best Bang for the Buck - 2004 Acura TL
By bobzoom - March 21 - 10:00 amI test drove everything in this price class before deciding on the TL. An A4, 330ES, 3 series BMWs, G-35 sedan and coupe...nothing gives you the same value for your money. The TL has plenty of power, handles responsively, and gives snow belt drivers something tractable in winter weather. There is no excessive torque steer or lightness as Ive read here. Ive had this car up to 125mph and it is definitely autobahn ready. The G35 interior is dreadfully ugly, the A4 dash controls are cumbersome, the 3 series Beemer is tight if youre a 6 footer, and the Lexus is beautiful but not much fun to drive. All of these cars are terrific, but youll get the most for your money with the Acura TL.

By Pointman30 - March 21 - 10:00 amI have test driven almost every car there is in the 30,000 to 40,000 price range. In my humble opinion, nothing out there compares to the TL for the money spent. But, dont take my word, go drive one for yourself. I have heard some people compare the TL to the BMW 330i. I have a 330i and the TL is much larger. I feel the TL should be compared to the 5 serious instead. The only thing that BMW offers that I like better is the rear wheel drive. But you put my TL up against the 330 in a speed and handleing test, and the TL going to drop you like a bag of dirt!!

By ptman - March 21 - 10:00 amThis car is excellent. I am impressed with the stying improvement for the prior TLs which were simple and boring to look at. This model comes loaded which is refreshing when you think of the options battle that you face when buying a typical car. The TL handles very well in with its grip on road even when its wet. You will be amazed at the envious looks you get with this car. this car is so smart. The thought of most everything.

It is comfortable and it has superb handling qualities. I appreciate the powerful 270 hp engine. The voice- recognition navigation system is awsome and is easy to operate. It makes my cell phone totally handsfree. The map mode is extremely helpful away from our home town and the system operates the climate control as well. I am more than satisfied, I am thrilled with my TL.

By peps - March 21 - 10:00 amI originally thought this car was too small for me because im a big guy but when i first sat in it i was very impressed with the size of the interior The comfort of the the car is great and the engine response is incredible. Overall the car is fantastic and im glad i made the choice of going with the TL..By the way my last vehicle was a cheverolet suburban..Quite a difference....I love the car

Favorite Car, so far! - 2004 Acura TL
By larry9h - March 21 - 10:00 amI have been driving my TL for about 7 months now and I must say that this car is my favorite of all of the cars Ive owned. Ive had everything from Hondas to Volkswagens to BMWs to Mercedes and this car beats them all hands down. The fit and finish equals or beats the Mercedes, as does the handling and standard features. The handsfree phone is a VERY useful feature and I use the navigation system much more than I ever thought I would. All in all, I am completely pleased with the car.
