Overview & Reviews
For 2003, all TL models equipped with the navigation system receive OnStar as standard equipment.
- Excellent value, comfortable front seats, impressive power from the Type-S engine, long list of standard equipment.
- Average interior materials, lacks the panache of some competing luxury sedans.

Lots of bang for your buck! - 2003 Acura TL
By ledname - October 17 - 2:00 amGreat power and handling. A couple of squeaks in the interior here and there...just havent had a chance to bring it in. One downfall is the climate control which is supposed to be automatic but really isnt. The temperature setting is there for show. If you want heat, you have to turn it up to 90 just to get it to 70 when it is cold out.

3.2 TLS Navi - 5 month review - 2003 Acura TL
By Trojan Horse - October 6 - 10:00 amNavi unit easy to learn - like the touch screen. Very pleased with the performance level (used to have Volvo 850T and while the turbo had a little more kick, the Acuras normally aspirated engine is significantly smoother through the power band and is quicker to 60 mph!) Seats quite comfortable. Gauge cluster looks like the classy high-end, but console controls definitely came from the Honda parts bin. Tires seem to be wearing okay - probably good for 25-28k miles. Dealer service level as expected from one of the high-end badges. Trunk room large enough to fit my hard-shell golf case. Fuel Tank size needs to be bigger.

Great Car - 2003 Acura TL
By NewOwner - September 10 - 2:00 amI sold my 96 Camry. At the time, I was trying to decide between Accord V6, Camry, Maxima GLE and Acura 3.2TL. After some research, I decided to purchase 3.2TL. It is only about 1-2k more expensive than the other cars, but it is a much better car. I think it is the best car under 30k.

Not bad - 2003 Acura TL
By ninja - September 4 - 2:00 amAlready 22000mi after 1 year. Overall very happy with the car (chosen over G35), except for a few things. Still like the simple good looks. Finally used to the "harsher" ride of a "sports" car (always check the tire pressure!). Still adjusting to the split-second shifting lag (even in manual shift mode), having had a manual trans just prior. Regret not getting the NAV.

Excellent car - 2003 Acura TL
By DRM1 - August 18 - 2:00 amExcellent ride, nice acceleration with good roadholding. Very impressed with level of luxury given the price (especially good as I got a good discount since they are clearing out 03s with the arrival of the 04s). Relative to my previous cars fit and finish have been a real high for me.

better than my a4 - 2003 Acura TL
By kronedog - August 18 - 2:00 ami loved my a4 but had 120k on it and was time to get rid of it. Other than cornering and passing in traffic, i will take the acura hands down. it is smooth, very comfortable, better on gas, and with all the accessories, it is better priced than the a4

A very well kept sedan - 2003 Acura TL
By Dan - August 17 - 4:40 amCar is overall in great condition, but transmission is shaky and fuel economy is below average. Ive taken car in for service and had taken all preventive measures in boosting fuel economy but only time will tell.
