The TL has been completely redesigned for 2004. A 270-horsepower V6 is standard, and both a six-speed manual and a five-speed automatic transmission are available. The level of luxury inside the cabin is up, and driving dynamics are better than ever.

  The car is designed to envelope the driver. It is very comfortable. It has great power for those highway needs. Its handling around those winding corners of backroad driving is superb. Great car.

  This is a great car. I test drove the G35 also and liked it too. But when I drove the TL I fell in love with it. Its interior is much nicer, The radio far exceeds the one in the G35. This car is just a blast to drive. I just cant seem to stop smiling.

  Love my car but hoping for the best - 2004 Acura TL

  I have had my car three weeks. Bought it on a Saturday and had to bring it back by Tuesday. I have had to bring it in twice; navigation system has stopped functioning twice but now been promised a new navi, and also has had a lot of crackling noises in the interior. They also had to redo my ground effects bec it wasnt fitted right. It’s a fun car to drive and lots of power and very stylish. So far, I have been treated well by the service department but I do want my car in "NEW" condition. Now, I am banking on ACURAs reputation, reliability and quality to be as good as they say they are.

  For the price, the 2004 TL is a bargin! Near top notch performance, significantly improved styling, Acuras normal high reliability and loads of options for thousands less than comparably equipted competitors! I looked at the BMW 530i, Lexus GS300 and Infinity G35 sedan. Hands down, the 2004 TL was the car for me!

  I BOUGHT MY 2004 ACURA TL IN OCTOBER 2003, 2 WEEKS AFTER IT CAME OUT TO BUY, I HAD BEEN LOOKING AT THE 2003 TL WAS GOING TO BUY IT AND WHEN I SEEN THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE 2004 I SAID "THATS IT, THATS THE ONE IM GOING TO BUY" SO I WENT TO THE DEALER THEY HAD ONE IN THE SHOW ROOM WITH ALL THE OPTIONS,SO I BOUGHT MINE AND PUT ALL THE OPTIONS ON MINE. I LOVE MY CAR BEST DECISION I EVER MADE.I GET COMPLIMENTS ALL DAY LONG. ITS AN AWESOME CAR THANKS

  My wife keeps cars forever and we have been looking for her next car for the past couple of years as her 93 Honda Civic EX Coupe passed 100,000 miles was still running and looking great but needed to become our sons car. We looked at the Infinity but they were ugly and not nearly as nicely appointed as the TL. We looked at the Lexus but it was a car for old people and fairly plain inside compared to the TL. The BMW was asking too much for what they provided. The reviews and our experience have been great. All the technology is easy to use and the looks are great. This is the best riding and handling car we have ever owned.
