By p glazier - August 10 - 4:28 pmExcellent car, typical Honda Product, very well built, fun to drive, no problems. Automatic Climate Control needs to be tweaked if below freezing, works fine the rest of the time. Car gets 31 mpg highway, 23 around town.

When you want everything - 2003 Acura TL
By Wildp51 - July 13 - 10:00 amand dont want to pay a fortune for it, this car will fill the ticket. Literally if you arent watching your spedometer at all times. The cars performance is incredible. The interior is well designed. The exterior rather conservative but thats OK. It doesnt draw a lot of attention from your local law enforcement personnel. The drivers seat could be a bit more cushy and when you are short like me, a telescoping steering wheel makes for a more comfortable ride. The handling is good now but I believe it would be greatly improved with a wider tire. All in all, I feel very confident that I got the best car for the money hands down.

By ScottsTL - July 3 - 6:52 pmNo doubt the best car Ive ever owned! Purchased at end of my lease, as I could not find a better combination of performance, features and comfort. Strong, smooth acceleration, ride & handling rock steady at high speed. Averaged 23- 24MPG overall, 30MPG at 75+ cruising.

By daRick - July 2 - 2:00 amAcutally, my TL was bought in Feb 00, an is a 00 model. It, like the 89 Legend I had for over 165K miles is outstanding. To the shop only for normal maintenance! Love it.

By Natalya - July 2 - 2:00 amI was really thinking about buying a 3.2TL with Nav, but the dealer convinced me in to trying the Type-s. Oh, boy, was he right! Got 260hp under the hood, and driving it is a breeze. I just love this car! The independent wheel suspension is awesome, you can barely feel it when you go over a bump in the road. The interior of the Type- S is so very cozy, and well designed! The IR light sensors are awesome. I cannot describe how excited I am to own it! Acura surely is the way to go!!!!

By 8motor8pheen8 - June 30 - 1:55 pmI love this car but with every car their is downsides but this vehicle i have found the least down side with execpt for the center console position and the windows. I think that the windows could have a factory shade of tint put in a little darker and the felt on the roof is very delicate unlike the new ones which it feels very durable.

By ohimark - June 20 - 10:00 amThis is my 5th Acura. My TL Type S is by far the best car that Acura has come out with. I average 27-28 mpg. hwy. This car handles extemely well and is very quick!!! A great commuter car.

TL-S is Hot - 2003 Acura TL
By TLChris - May 14 - 2:00 amI ditched a 2000 Subaru Outback for my 2003 TL Type S. OK - no brainer, of course it is faster and more fun to drive. But before the Subie, I drove a Jaguar XJ6 (a 95 -it was a good one). Of course the TL-S is not as opulent, but it is so quick, nimble, and subtle in its beauty. And the sound system is flawless. The TL-S is a joy to drive. Best of all, it doesnt look like a Subie or spend like a Jag.
