Overview & Reviews
The Acura RDX is a small luxury crossover SUV with two rows of seats. The RDX has never been a bona fide class leader in performance or luxury, but like many Acuras, it's a well-rounded vehicle with numerous strengths. In reviews, we've praised various RDX models for their quick acceleration, confident highway cruising demeanor and composed handling. We've found the RDX's cabin to be both well-constructed and reasonably spacious, with exceptionally supportive front seats to boot. The RDX also enjoys a strong reputation for overall quality and reliability.
If you're shopping for an RDX, you'll find early models with a turbocharged four-cylinder engine, standard all-wheel drive and unusually sporty handling. Later versions of the Acura RDX stand out for their added refinement, power and interior space, and there's also a front-wheel-drive version aimed at buyers in milder climates. Unlike some rivals, the RDX keeps shoppers' lives simple with a generously equipped base model and a straightforward, package-based options structure.

just got it - 2017 Acura RDX
By brady - March 11 - 1:02 pmI have not had my SUV that long, less than a month but I must say I was a little apprehensive about the purchase but after a few days found out that I love it. Gas mileage is not as bad as I thought it would be, some options I would like to have is adjusting the lift gate (hit the garage door when in the garage) my other SUV you could adjust. Size is great, more roomy than I thought it would be and I am very happy with the safety features.

Great SUV - 2007 Acura RDX
By rsbell - February 25 - 5:30 amIve only owned the vehicle for 1 day, but have put 300 miles on it. There IS some turbo lag, but once the turbo winds up, youre pressed to the back of your seat. A bit smaller than I expected, but appears to have ample rear space, especially with the back sets folded flat. Very nice, leather. The tech package is with voice control is very detailed, and very complicated. Will definitely take a few good days of use to get all of the commands andm options down, but looks to be well worth the effort.

Great SUV - 2017 Acura RDX
By Alisa Behn - February 7 - 9:18 amThis is our second RDX. The first was a 2014. The 2017 has been improved in a lot of ways and is a bit quieter. Great SUV!

First year for Acura RDX - 2007 Acura RDX
By BVaughn - February 5 - 12:33 pmThis is my first "suv." My previous cars included an Acura Integra and a Mercedes CLK320. It took about a month to adjust to a bumpier ride, but the handling is very similar to a car and not a truck. The sound system is excellent and the free XM radio for a couple months is nice too. The navigation system is also my first and I am thrilled with the detail in various map specs. The only real issue so far is that the battery mysteriously died at 1000 mi. Without a key in the ignition almost all electrical things shut off within 30 seconds of removal which makes it difficult to drain the battery. Overall, I am fairly happy with it so far.

WWWWOOOOOOWWWWWWWW - 2007 Acura RDX
By Wedgebolt - November 22 - 2:06 pmI went in to the dealership just looking to test drive the RDX and ended taking one home. The RDX drives more like a sports car and I had to catch myself this morning when I was doing 90 mph without even feeling like I was speeding. Interior is well constructed but I feel like I am in a spaceship with all the buttons and features on this vehicle.

Look elsewhere! - 2014 Acura RDX
By Mac - November 10 - 11:23 pmI have had my 2014 RDX for just over a month. Worst car Ive ever owned. Has a constant vibration, hesitant transmission, rear shocks had to be replaced due to clunking noise, and the list of problems go on. If you are considering purchasing the Acura RDX, my advice is to look elsewhere.
