A Pleasure to Own - 1990 Acura Legend
By nolaming - April 17 - 2:00 amThis car was purchased from someone who had obviously maintained it well, so it was in great condition. I have put 40,000 miles on it so far and have had the normal issues with a 10-13 year old car(radiator,a/c,c/v boots, etc.) However, this is fundamentally a solid car with good power that is fun to drive. I highly recommend it!

Almost the perfect car. - 1990 Acura Legend
By Nergal - April 3 - 2:00 amIm a new driver, my legend is my first car, got it at 100k miles for $4k, it was a little under book value at the time but for what you get i wudve paid more. When i first got it I was amazed by the acceleration, but i quickly got used to it and now wish it was faster :). I love the status display, especially the miles remaining, quite useful for a jobless teen always low on gas :P. There is hardly anything i can find wrong with the car other than the back seats dont fold down. Handles great, youd never guess my tires passed inspection marginally. Low and wide, this is how cars should still be made.

I love this car... - 1990 Acura Legend
By Jiggs - March 13 - 2:00 amThis car really impresses me everytime I drive it. It has required several expenses due to repairs but you have to expect that from a old car. Wish they still made Legends instead of those RLs.

Great Car - 1990 Acura Legend
By maggie, jr - January 16 - 2:00 amAn outstanding design and even better performance. For the 13 years I owned this car, avarage maintenance cost was about $1500 per year. This car has 176000 miles and expected to make another 50000, at least.

Great car if take carre of it - 1990 Acura Legend
By Geter - December 10 - 2:00 amThis is the second 1st generation Legend I have owned and love it. As long as you use synthetic oil, keep the tranny fluid changed and change the timing belt before its due, youll be good to go. Automatic tranny is a little too happy about downshifting sometimes, but overall Ive been loving this car.

Very Happy! - 1990 Acura Legend
By C Powers - October 27 - 1:00 amI really enjoy my Acura. It is comfortable, roomy, and really gets up and goes. The only problem I have had has been due to a faulty electronic board and also that there are no cup holders.

They cant all be winners - 1990 Acura Legend
By ceo_mr_man - August 11 - 2:00 amEvery time I drive this car, I wish I hadnt bought it. It had 145,000 miles, so I expected to make some repairs. Ive replaced the motor, the master cylinder, the alternator, the radio, some calipers, and inumerable other things. Its on its third transmission. The power seat is stuck, the seat memory broke, the ABS motor is shot, the power windows are broken, and the power antenna is stuck down. The A/C compressor is dead, the vent only vents hot air, and the car reeks of exhaust when the windows are down, as they have to be, given the above problems. There are too many more things wrong with this car to list. Oh, and its rusting out badly.

Thanks Mom - 1990 Acura Legend
By Cinciman - July 28 - 2:00 amMy mother in law sold me her ride for $1. Thanks Mom! I cant believe that the car has only 160 hp. It is so fast and the passing power is incredible. Reliability is great. The car was in a really bad front end accident in 94 and it must have been perfectly rebuilt. I cant tell. Moms dog tore up the rear leather seats because they were dry rotted. Rust in all the typical Legend areas. Otherwise this car used is better than most new cars that cost $20,000. Even newer Acuras arent this nice inside.
