Horrible experience. Went in for a repair and no one said one word to me. They seen me and proceeded with what they were doing. 30 mins later, someone finally came over to see what I was there for. Once repair was complete, it was totally different rates and price than what was given to me by three different people. I called and spoke to the service manager and his answer was "well, theres nothing I can do about it" and sat on the phone. I will never go back there. They are very unprofessional and need some customer service training.

I came in to have my oil changed and tires rotated. The service advisor helping me, Doug Jourey, was nothing but friendly. He thoroughly explained the services my vehicle required in a way I could understand. They were very busy, but still had my car to me within 75 minutes!

Excellent as usual. Bought my 2011 F-150 from Russ Milne and have taken To Russ Milne for all service, regular oil changes, brakes and a heater problem.

An oil change is not a "big" thing. I was greeted by a service rep who was very pleasant and treated my oil change with professional care and knowledge. I was informed about the full service oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection all at a very reasonable cost. The service area is clean and equipped with a TV, WiFi and coffee, Everyone was very nice and made my visit very pleasant. Milne Ford treated me like a VIP and it was appreciated. You cant miss with Milne Ford.

I only came in for oil change at 25K, but Doug the technician told me the "check engine" light was on. I missed it, but he didnt. I left for lunch and he told me to check in with him when I got back. When I returned, oil change was done They were checking engine light that turned out to be coolant valve had to be replaced. Doug told me they had it in stock and it would take less than 2 hours. He was right - I was on my way in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I got a whole lot more service than the oil change I came for. GREAT!!

2016 F150 XLT. This was my first NEW vehicle purchase. In the beginning of this year I purchased a used 2010 Fusion for my wife. My salesman Warren was very helpful with all of our request. I have been to other dealerships that were not so eager to help, just eager to sell. When it was time for me to purchase a NEW truck for my self, I knew I would go back. Warren made the second purchase even more helpful.

The service department should be a little more organized. I had an appointment for the week prior and when my daughter and dad went to the dealer the service department claimed I didnt have an app and turned her away after we made driving arrangements to get there. The following week they went back and I called to confirm the day before and again the same man said there was no appointment. Apparently he spelled my last name wrong and thats why he claimed we had no appointment the first time!! I spelt it for him several times!! Final got it straight and had the car fixed.
