In for scheduled service/oil cnange the works. As always I go to Byran Devoll for my service needs. he is always up frond and forthright. If he tells me something is needed I know he is not just pushing for things. To me Garnet Ford is a longer drive but I trust Bryan.

A dealership that actually listens to the customer. All my dealings with Garnet Ford have been service related. Every time that I have brought my car in for service, the service reps (Bryan & Tom) took great care of my vehicle. What is nice, is that after service, they do the usual suggestive selling for various other services, but they are for things that I am aware of and know that needs to be done, but they are not serious (cabin filter replacement, tire alignment, etc). When I go in for a transmission tune up or a cooling system flush and fill, they take care of the car, check other things out and off I go. Great people, great facility. Have not purchased a car from them so not sure about the buying process. However, within a year, I will be seeking a new vehicle and will give the sales department an opportunity to gain my business and trust!

I needed a vehicle that would safely transport my children and get me back and forth to my jobs and they did just that and more. I love my Explorer! Recently purchased a preowned Escape from Garnet Ford. Rob did a great job in transitioning us into a quality used car. Since that time we have used Garnet Ford service 3 times for our vehicles with great results. Quick lane service provides solid information regarding our cars which lets you know what the wear factors are and potential repairs that will be needed in the future. The techs care about your car, they listen to what your concerns are and do their best to meet your expectations. Bought a 2010 Focus SEL new. Liked it SO much next year bought a 2011 Focus SEL for wife. The 2010 just turned 100,000 miles without any repairs except tires, brakes & bulbs. Did have to replace a drive shaft on the 2011 at 45k. Constantly get mail from lemon law lawyers about transmission problems. Dont know what they are talking about.
