  • Better than Expedition? - 2003 Toyota Sequoia

Smooth, quiet and powerfull ride. Sways a little too much on turns and brakes need a lot of force to stop. The Expeditions interior lay-out with available Captains chairs and a power flat folding third row seat cant be beat and should be implemented by Toyota. The canopy air bag system in the Ford is also a gret safety feature that all should copy.

We traded in a 2002 BWW 330i. I realy thought I would miss that car, it was so fun to drive, all the salesmen on the lot thought we were nuts. With a baby on the way we felt we needed more room. It says a lot that I dont realy miss that car.

This vehicle rides smoothly. The 3rd row seats are very versatile with moving and removing. Heated seats are wonderful in the front. I feel very safe in this truck.

  • Great SUV - 2003 Toyota Sequoia

Toyota did a great job of building this SUV. My 17 year old son is the "primamy" driver of this and it is still in great condition. If he hasent destroyed it by now I really dont think anyone can. I would highly recomend to anyone that wants a comfortabe ride on short or long drives.

  • Enjoying my car - 2003 Toyota Sequoia

Love the ride. Husband 65" likes it better than his Surburban. Although he hits the button to open the rear window w/his knee. Ive had it aligned three times because of a pull to the right. I couldnt take my hands off the wheel or Id be in the other lane. The fourth time I went to another Tire Kingdom and it seems to be fixed. Gas mileage isnt the best 14.5 in the city and 18 hwy. I love sitting high on the road and I never thought Id be a SUV person but I enjoy the Sequoia. I put wedged small mirrors on my side mirrors and after getting used to them I dont cut many people off! Keyless entry pads are stiff and stubborn. Ive had them replaced once and its time again.

  • Sublime - 2003 Toyota Sequoia

The Sequoia is very comfortable to travel in, has loads of room, but what really sold me were the comfortable reclining 3rd row seats. BTW, the seats in the Sequoia are not quite as short as most in the Toyota line. Gas mileage is not great - 15-19 mpg, but I cant pull a boat with an Accord. The V8 engine is a real jewel & smooth as butter, but does lack a little torque - not recommended for towing in the mountains - a fine SUV!

Excellent design and craftsmanship Turns heads. Enough power to plant you in your seat. You can be driving at 90mph and feel like 55.

  • great suv - 2003 Toyota Sequoia

for startes we took the SUV from MAINE to alberta canada, it was one of the most comfertable trips ive every takin. when we were going throught we hit some real step hill. im talking 35, 40 degrees on a high way. it hanlded them with no cares. also i never had to toalk the truck out of overdrive to make it up. were i live we get 2 feet of snow at least once a week and the truck with all of its safty feature keep this on the road with ease. so i recamded this suv to any one who can afforded it. thats the only draw back but it pays off because the gas milage is much better then on the sticker. and it has a unbeliveavle radio, and speakers.
