  • Paint Problem - 2010 Suzuki Kizashi

There is a problem with the paint on these cars. At first I thought it was rock chips but the more I paint chips I find on my car it appears to be a defective paint job...paint lifting off the car and flaking off. Suzuki must stop ignoring the problem and come clean that there is an issue

  • What will I do in 10 yrs?!!! - 2010 Suzuki Kizashi

I just bought a slightly used Kizashi SLS, with 21,000 miles. I traded in a 2009 Suzuki SX-4, which I had outgrown. I test drove the 2013, and cant really tell a difference from the older models. The car is amazing, and has every bell and whistle you could possibly want. I needed AWD vehicle, and cant afford a Audi, and didnt want a crossover. I did look at Subaru, and looked at a few crossovers, but this was by far the best car for the $. I actually look forward to my drive home! Open the sunroof, crank up the Rockford Fosgate sound system, and watch the time melt away!!! My biggest dilemma is now, how am I going to get a new Suzuki in 10 years when this finally outlives it usefulness.

When taking my Suzuki SX4 for a minor repair recently, I noticed a 2010 Kizashi parked hidden on a side of the building. To satisfy my curiosity I took it for a brief ride and fell in love with it istantly. Having owned it now for 2 months I am highly impressed by its predictable, secure handling. This car can stand up to the Audi4, BMW3 among many other upscale brands. Considering the many quality & safety features this car is a steal. Unfortunately, dealers representing this franchise as a second or third line treat it like a stepchild. Salesmen take the easy route selling Toyotas, Hondas etc. With some more effort, this car could be a great success. Wake up Suzuki factory/distributor !!!

  • This car takes the cake! - 2010 Suzuki Kizashi

I just could not buy anything else after driving this car. I saw it, drove it, and could not get it out of my mind. I test drove the 2011 Hyundai Sonata, 2011 Subaru Legacy, 2010 Chevy Malibu, 2010 Ford Fusion, and the Kizashi beat them all. The layout of the controls on the steering wheel is perfect. Everything is in the right spot and on the correct side. I have been averaging 25-29 MPG while using AC. The doors close solid, it is smooth and quiet on the highway, and the interior quality is the best. It turns on a nickel ( a dime is really too small). I only have 1006 miles on my Kizashi but nothing compares. I am so glad I picked this car. I like it more every time I drive it.

  • This is a Suzuki? - 2010 Suzuki Kizashi

Ive driven all kinds of cars/trucks in the past including a GMC truck, Saab, VW Jetta TDI, BMW, and MB C-Class 4matic. My last car was a 2009 Suzuki SX4 AWD automatic touring crossover. The SX4 was just ok, and didnt ignite any passions. Then, I test drove the Kizashi when it finally came to Denver. It reminded me so much of my most favorite car, a 2005 MB C-Class 4matic. I was instantly in love. For over a month, I thought long and hard about whether I really wanted another Suzuki. I really have never been a fan of the company. But, perceptions can change. I ultimately got a 2010 Suzuki Kizashi SLS AWD Automatic in Platinum Silver. I love it more than beloved baby Benz.

  • Great car - 2010 Suzuki Kizashi

Near 900 miles so far, its a sweet car. It is as nice as my friends IS 250 AWD if not better. I would suggest the SLS package, the leather seats are top notch.

  • Downsize and upgrade! - 2010 Suzuki Kizashi

Traded an 09 Mazda6 for the Kizashi, and I cant find one area where the Kizashi isnt superior! The entire car feels like its carved out of a solid piece of rock! Ergonomics are terrific. Interior design and materials are topnotch. Gives the impression of being a much more expensive car. Beautiful gauges, especially at night. Engine is silent at cruise and idle and has plenty of power. The CVT took some getting used to, but seems to work well especially at highway speeds. Been averaging 27 mpg mixed and about 32 mpg highway. For me, this car is the perfect size. Most other midsized cars, like my Mazda6, have grown too large. Most fun Ive ever had driving, and Ive turned a few heads too!

  • Road Side Assistance - 2010 Suzuki Kizashi

On our way to a nice day trip about 160 miles from home when the car started acting up. Only 10 days old with 700 miles on it and the cars gears stop shifting and the rpm were running 4-5k at 30-40 mph. We switched to manual mode and the car worked for a little while but switched automatically to drive mode and revved the engine again at 30-40 mph. Pulled over for the third time and shut car off and tried again in manual mode. This time car gas pedal would not work. Car worked in reverse not in drive or manual mode. Called RoadSide assistance and thought all will be fine. Closest tow truck was 45 miles away. (continued)

  • Well kept secret - 2010 Suzuki Kizashi

My son just bought his first new car, a 2010 Kizashi SE, CVT, AWD. Beautiful interior with top of the line materials, very comfortable seats, quite a few standard features found on cars 10 to 20K more. Handles great, fun to drive, and looks better and better each time I see it. Why buy a Camry or Accord when the Kizashi looks better, has more features for the dollar, and a 7 year 100,000 mile warranty! Suzuki has a winner here.

  • Suzuki Kizashi rocks - 2010 Suzuki Kizashi

I love the looks of this car I think it looks better than a lot of the cars on the road now. Interior is great too. Having a lot of fun driving this car. Turning a lot of heads . Yes Suzuki make great cars too. A lot of the main auto makers are being put to shame if people would only look pass the Suzuki name and stop following mainstream they would see how much better this car is.
