So unreliable,Nissan doesnt even stand behind it! - 2011 Nissan Rogue
By Jill Grey - October 23 - 6:32 amDont buy it! After 4 years and 120,000 miles the drive shaft fell off due to poorly made universal joint. Nissan will not sell the joint, only entire drive shaft with joint attached. 2 months later the transmission blew while driving with my children in the car leaving me in the middle of the road and the car wouldnt move! Nissan says too bad because the warranty was up at 60,000 miles. Ive had the transmission serviced as they recommended and that was supposed to extend the life. Ha!

Love the Rogue - 2011 Nissan Rogue
By car_lady - July 20 - 8:24 amI have driven Ford vehicle for most of my driving life and I test drove an Ford Edge, felt like I was driving a mini-van and the Ford Escape, felt like I was driving a truck. So, next I test drove a Hyundai Tuscon, actually several times, and just could not get comfortable driving it. The sales person suggested I try the Nissian Rogue. When I first saw it I loved the body style and then I test drove it and I was conformtable driving it because it felt like I was driving a car. I am come up on 16,000 miles and have not had a problem with it. Great gas mileage and handling in the snow. Great sound system and all around great car. Love the back up camera and of course the sun roof.

2011 rogue awd - 2011 Nissan Rogue
By Nissandriver - April 3 - 10:00 amMy wife and I purchased this rogue after owning a 2008 sentra. Wow what a great vehicle. If I would have known that this was available when we purchased the sentra, we would be reviewing a 2008 rogue. The gas mileage is better than expected and with 1000 miles on the car we are averaging 27 mpg. I always check the gas mileage by filling up at when empty and resetting the trip. This vehicle has a similar ride to the sentra, but you sit up higher. I am 6 foot 8 inches and still have room to be comfortable while operating the vehicle. We test drove a Toyota Rav4 before purchasing and surprising enough the drivers seat in the rogue has more room.

Nice to look at, fun to drive - 2011 Nissan Rogue
By vmyers - February 20 - 10:00 amAfter test-driving a Hyundai Tuscon, Subaru Outback, Toyota RAV4, Mitsubishi Outlander and KIA Sorrento, we decided to buy this vehicle. We traded a BMW 540i in on it, and while it obviously wasnt in that class of vehicle for handling and performance, we were more satisfied with it than the others. It is feels very solid, handles well and is nice to look at, inside and out. The technology was surprising for an SUV in this price range, as well. With under 500 miles driven so far, we cant comment on long-term reliability. But we are averaging 25 mph. in the Ozarks of Missouri (rolling hills). So far, we are very happy with this vehicle.

Just What I Wanted! - 2011 Nissan Rogue
By vagentleman - February 19 - 3:32 amHave had my FWD 2011 Rogue SV for almost 3 weeks and I love it! I was driving an Infinity I30 and was looking for more versatility, better gas mileage, comfort and other amenities and found it all with the Rogue. After the 1st week of city driving I was ready to take it back to the dealer to fix the fuel gauge, I had driven 127 miles and it was still on full! Finally, it began to move - not broken, just good mileage! I find the driving experience to be very responsive. It is certainly as comfortable over rough pavement as my Infinity, gets better gas mileage and uses regular gas! I got the SL package and love the back-up camera; leather, heated seats.
