Good Solid SUV - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
By ykwim bbb - May 9 - 2:00 amAll around this car is solid. Good design inside and out. Great feel when driving. More than enough power when you need it. Very comforable in the front and back seats. My first SUV and my wife and I love it.

This Is My Second Pathfinder - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
By TLG - December 31 - 2:00 amHad a 94 Pathfinder that I just gave to my son and bought a 2004 because I never had a moment of trouble with the previous car. This one drives smoothly like a ca. The cabin air filter is wonderful as is the POP package extras I could drive forever. Lots of comfort. This car is powerful and gets me onto the highway without hesitation. No problem with room in the back. The dealer was great too. Ill be buying my third Pathfinder in ten years.

Nearly Flawless - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
By Mike234 - November 14 - 9:30 amAfter 2 years and 23K miles, the performance has been nearly flawless. I have towed near the 5000 lb limit with no issues (flat terrain). Drivetrain is excellent, handles like a Maxima. Though it drives like a car, this vehicle is still very much a truck - and you can treat it like a truck and its perfectly content. My nits: 1. Bose stereo could use a little more volume. 2. "Pathfinder" logo separated from floor mat. 3. Minor rattle behind dash. So pleased with this vehicle that I bought an 06 Pathfinder to replace minivan.

My baby! - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
By Brian Graham - November 4 - 8:56 amWith 41,000 miles in 3 years, she still purrs like a kitten every day. Trips to Home Depot or even putting 4 golf bags in the back is easy. Black on black, leather, loaded! She eats up the snow in the winter. What a great machine!

New Pathfinder - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
By IlikeNissan - June 12 - 2:00 amThis is our second Pathfinder. Our first SE was two-wheel drive, which was sufficient until we moved to Colorado.... we have been so pleased with the Pathfinder performance that we bought the Limited (4WD). We have towed an occasional small trailer, or sometimes a small boat in mountains, and its effortless with this vehicle. Handling in snowstorms, even on hills, has been excellent. Lot of standard items, even in the basic Pathfinder.

BUY A PATHFINDER: U WILL THANK ME!!! - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
By Pathfinder - February 23 - 4:50 pmThe Pathfinder is a very well composed SUV. I would choose this over the Honda Pilot. With 240 horses and an optional sunroof, this car is for more than just cruising! And now, they are changing the style but I strictly recommend those 2004 and later. The 2005s and up are not as refined or luxurious despite an additional 2 seats over the 2004

Nissan Platinum Edition - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
By brlouisianatreasures - August 16 - 3:50 amHave nothing but wonderful things to report about my Pathfinder. It is my first SUV and I could not be more pleased with its comfort. Am particularly happy with the way it drives---frankly, it is MUCH easier to handle than the Grand Marquis I traded! The performance is magnificent.....very powerful, smooth ride, and no problems todate. The interior is so comfortable and roomy; love the sun roof! Second-row seat folds down. GORGEOUS luminous gold....It is my LSU Fightin Tigers vehicle!

Hot rod suv - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
By Firststrike - May 8 - 10:00 amThe V6 powering the newest Pathfinders is awesome to say the least, especially when using mid-grade to premium gasoline. It is comfortable even at the highest speeds and is always under complete control. Only thing I would ask Nissan to adjust would be the drivers seat. It simply will not slide far enough rearward. Oh yes, we Americans have slightly larger feet than the Japanese, and I would like to see a greater distance between the accelerator and the brake pedal. Ive come close on numerous occassions to slamming into a car or object in front or the rear of my vehicle, due to my foot hitting the accelerator and brake at the same time
