  • I like mine - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder

I have put 1500 miles on mine and I have concluded that "I like it". It has power, comfort simple to operate and handles very well. Great for hurricanes and remodeling. It can easily haul 12 sheets of plywood or sheetrock if you fold the rear seat down and lay 2 2x4s on the top of the folded read seat back - I was unable to do that with the Durango or 4-Runner. Only thing Id change is the location of the oil filter. Its a bear to get to. Great little vehicle.

Good ride, not so good fuel consumption, not enough leg room for the second row

I gave up 2000 Durango for my Pathfinder, thinking I was going to get better gas mileage, and to my surprize, the Durango had better gas mileage then the Pathfinder! I am very disapointed in the gas mileage, if I am lucky, I get about 220 miles to a gallon of gas, that is only 11 miles to the gallon. that sucks.

  • Good Car - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder

I have the car for almost 2 years now (IT IS A 2002) and there are only 2 complaints that i have, #1 I have gone through 5 radios, (under my warranty) the C.D. player does nothing but skip, the C.D. could be brand new and it skips for no reason. #2 the windows occassionally rattle. So I am putting in a new radio ( not a remanufactured one that Nissan gives you ) and I occassionally hear rattle , besides that I Love my Truck!

I like my pathfinder other than the gas mileage and the 6 disc radio gives me trouble in cold weather. Its a very comfortable ride with lots of room. Goes excellent in the snow.

  • Reliable SUV - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
    By -

I bought this SUV new in 2004 and Ive never had one problem with it. Ive only had to replace the normal things that wear. New belts, brakes, rotors, tires and a transmission fluid flush. Regular oil changes every 3-5k miles and not one problem! Very happy with this vehicle, it was our first Pathfinder and Id definitely buy another one.

  • Not bad - at all - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder

Third Nissan in this household (Stanza, Maxima, and now Pathfinder. Got a good deal at end of year (October), so easy choice. It is a high profile vehicle (like any SUV), so does not like sidewind much. Does however like its gas.

  • Great vehicle, very reliable - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder

Bought new in 2004 and never a problem yet. I maintain normal wear and tear items (Brakes, belts, fluids, battery & oil) and nothing seems to beak. Going to drive this truck to its grave.

  • A few detailed changes for a perfect 10 - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder

Absolutely love to drive this SUV with car like features. Handling is great, quiet ride and ok fuel comsumption. Definetly needs rear hatch release instead of glass release only or ability to open glass from back of vehicle without using driver side release.

  • My new ..S.U.V.From Maine:United states. - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
    By -

My new nissan s.U.V. 4X4 does a pretty good job when im going in the deep woods of maine and it can go through some pretty deep puddles of water about 3 feet deep in some areas maybe 3 -4 feet on a few of the puddles i went through!!!!!I was definitely impressed with how the vehicle performed in four wheel drive,i went over some pretty good sized rocks slowly @ first, and of course being gentle because i wouldnt want to damage the truck for it "looks" sharp when it is in good conditon, but it did o.K. For rocks up to about"4- 6""high i hit a couple bigger than that about 12" high and it made the truck bounce a little more then you probably want it to bounce, but it did o.K.
