  • Dont buy a Frontier - 2010 Nissan Frontier

After only 7 months and 11,000 miles the paint is peeling off of the rocker panels. Klines service department said it was caused by sand in the street and fix the problem.

  • Doors swing hard, bad console - 2010 Nissan Frontier
    By -

I read these before purchasing. Nissan must not read, still same issues from YEARS ago. The console is too low, no resting your arm on. And the doors swing hard, wide. Easy to door ding others if dont watch it. Otherwise I love my new truck so far. Only 3,000 miles. The bed extender rocks. No fog lights is weird. Cab is roomy. I traded my Toyota Tacoma. Got almost as much truck at much better price.

  • GREAT TRUCK!! - 2010 Nissan Frontier

This is my second Frontier. I have owned Toyota, Mazda and Nissan trucks in the past. This is a much bigger vehicle. I am getting 24.9mpg with a range of 420 miles! Very solid feel. I got the SE with a manual and the power package. (This was a HARD to find combination!) The throttle by wire takes a little getting used to but it works great. The turning radius is about 4 larger than the pre- 2005 models but again, this is not a small truck. It feels more like an Ford F150 but it gets almost 25mpg. And that is mostly city driving to boot. The manual transmission works great and really lets you maximize the mpg. I wouldnt get a 4 cyl with an automatic transmission.

  • Best Truck I ever owned - 2010 Nissan Frontier

I purchased this truck after having totaled my Ford Ranger "Edge Edition". I absolutely love this truck. Great power, comfort, and looks. One of the best riding trucks I have ever been in. After looking at the Toyota Tacoma, for the price I felt that there was no comparison.

  • I love my new nissan! - 2010 Nissan Frontier

I have owned this truck little less than 3 months. I can not rave enough about it, we are a Nissan family and I would never think twice about any other product. I love everything this truck has to offer. Would recommend this truck to everyone!

  • Forget Toyota, get a Frontier! - 2010 Nissan Frontier

This was the my first ever Nissan. I looked at Toyota, Ford, Suzuki, and Dodge. The dealer became the difference. I had a great experience. Having said that, I love my truck. I have the 4 banger with a 5 speed auto. The millage I get so far is better then the EPA at 19 city and 23 highway. It handles well but takes U turns wide. The auto has a hard time picking a gear in mountain driving. San Jose rains a lot and it handles very well in wet and windy conditions. I love everything about this truck! I would stongly recommend it and honestly after looking at the Toyota, I see little reason to buy one when the Frontier is a better truck in my opinion. Also check out the Suzuki Equator.

  • I love my Pioneer but improve/armrest - 2010 Nissan Frontier

I love the ride and the overall build. Really a great truck for the money. Fun to drive.

  • NIssan V6 Frontier - 2010 Nissan Frontier
    By -

With a lower weight/horsepower ratio, 4-wheel disk brakes, roomer interior, better ride, less engine noise, outstanding road feel, and a much, much better financial deal than than Toyota offered on a similarly-equipped Tacoma, I chose the 2010 Frontier. If this truck is as durable as my 97 Nissan truck Ill be very happy.

  • Great Truck - 2010 Nissan Frontier

The first tank of gas averaged 25.2 mpg. The truck rides like a truck which is expected. I use my truck for work and this is the 5th Nissan I have bought. I have never had a problem with service and have never had any major problems with any of the truck I have bought. The only complaint I have is wind noise. The sound proofing could be a little better.

  • Excellent Mid-Size Truck - 2010 Nissan Frontier
    By -

I traded a 2008 Silverado extended cab for a truck w/ a smaller footprint that still had some power. The V-6 has plenty, but better mileage.I also wanted a real crew cab. Ive read knocks about this trucks turning radius, but its a huge improvement over the huge Chevy. The Pro-4X package is rugged and came loaded with options, but theres no doubt youre in a truck. Fun to drive and a good- looking truck, much better than the Tacoma that I also considered. The Toyotas dont come with as many options. This is a quality-built and reasonably-priced truck for what you get. Great in snow, even in 2WD.
