Overview & Reviews
For 2004, the Sedona has a revised grille with a larger logo. The EX model has a new alloy wheel design, while the LX has redesigned plastic wheel covers. A center tray table with cupholders is now standard on both EX and LX.
- Excellent value, roomy interior with lots of cupholders and storage bins, solid build quality, lengthy warranty coverage.
- Below-average gas mileage, missing a few key minivan features, potentially expensive to repair in minor collisions.

Kia Mini Van - 2004 Kia Sedona
By streamer54 - October 26 - 10:00 amI drove my dodge mini-van for 163,00+ miles. It was time for a new one, but you just could not beat the price of the Kia and I still got all the bells and whistles I wanted.

Excellent car, very comfortable riding - 2004 Kia Sedona
By charles frank - June 30 - 2:00 amWe love our 2003 KIA Sedona Van. Went on a trip and it rode beautifully. You can feel the quality of this vehicle on the road. We averaged about 23 miles a gallon on the trip. We love all the extra conveniences built into this van. Thanks Kia for a great van and very reasonably priced. We recommend this van to all our friends and many have bought the same van especially because of the affordable price. Try it, youll love it too.

Good for the price - 2004 Kia Sedona
By Cjreyeshsd - May 25 - 2:00 amHas a very powerful engine. The 5 Speed Transmission is Great. In General is Very Responsive. Sound System is decent. Nice Interior distribution. The Fuel economy is the only thing is disappointing, this the heviest minivan of all, but after this vehicle is one of the top ranks in this category. The finishings have great quality

2004 kia sedona - 2004 Kia Sedona
By Kaydi45 - March 21 - 10:00 amI had a dodge Caravan but the new ones were to pricey. I also had a kia sophia as my second car, I like it runs well. So I went and looked at the sedona. The price was good and 2,000 off for Kia loyalty, made it even better, plus the warranty and 5 years road side asistence made it even better. It runs great and lots of room, on the down side it does use a lot of gas, but I know its a mini van, and it has all kinds of power very peppy.

A New "Return Buyer" for Kia - 2004 Kia Sedona
By minivanmomma1 - March 21 - 10:00 amThis van is dependable, comfortable, luxurious, and a thrill to drive. My husband and I dispute on who will drive it on the weekends. It has so much room for long trips and for the kids. It also was a huge help when we moved last April to our new house. I love this van as does my whole family. It is such a smooth ride and the engine is so quiet that my husband cannot hear me drive up. I really love this van! I highly recomend Kia vehicles to anyone. Just ask my brother. He and his wife just bought a Sorrento to take their new baby home in this July!

2004 Kia Sedona - 2004 Kia Sedona
By Rip - March 21 - 10:00 amThe Sedona by Kia has been basically a good purchase. I was disappointed in the gas mileage, both in town and out on the road. The "take-out" rear seats are heavy when removing.

Great Van for the Money - 2004 Kia Sedona
By Mdunk - February 23 - 2:00 amOnly have driven a couple hundred miles in it, but I love it. The ride is awesome, features are great, and the family loves it. We traded our Ford expedition due to gas mileage and for the ease of getting kids in and out. We love it so far!!!

New Kia Owner - 2004 Kia Sedona
By Leslie W - February 17 - 2:00 amWe got a great price and a fully loaded van. The kids love it and we are so happy to have them out of a cramped SUV where they touched each other and fought over everything. Now they have their own space and everything is much quieter in the car!

We LOVE our new Sedona EX minivan!!! - 2004 Kia Sedona
By Hartmans - February 11 - 10:00 amI am disappointed that our van did not make the Consumer Report top 5 list. We shopped HARD at all the available minivans on the market. This van won us over hands down in affordability (we wanted ALL the options incl. the DVD), looks, comfort (short mom LOVES the power seat options), and driveability. It isnt any more expensive gas-wise than the Ford Explorer we drove for 10 years. The crash tests impressed us as we wanted a very safe vehicle for our new baby. The seats arrange in so many ways! Who cares if you cant hide them in the floor?! Our only complaint - knobs/handles feel lightweight.
