  Constantly making it better - 2005 Hyundai Tiburon

  I was wowed when I drove this little pocket rocket. Superb performance, acceleration and braking. I bought it after one test drive. I was somewhat dismayed when it was recalled by Hyundai after owning it for only one week to replace tie rods that apparently were not standing up to their (Hyundais) expectations. They further upgraded the steering gear to compliment the upgrade. Despite my temporary disappointment, I was impressed and delighted how fast and incredibly efficient Hyundai is at correcting a problem in their product. This is one great little car that is tight, fast and comfortable. Dont compare the 2005 Tiberons to the first ones, this is a whole different animal!

  I love my car, ive never had a problem with its performance,and I receive many compliments, i bought it in sunburst yellow so it stands out. I have the six speed version and its fast, it doesnt drag to get going, it has comfortable front seats, the back seats lay down for more space if needed. I was skeptical on buying a Hyundai and walked the whole lot and this one just caught my eye and I never regretted my decision.

  What can I say: I love this car! Fun to drive, great looks, loaded to the dual tailpipes with features and for a lot less than its competition. Ive owned my Tiburon for just over a year and it hasnt given me a seconds trouble. Its quiet on the highway and quick on the city streets, handles like a sports car and sips gas instead of guzzling. Forget Eclipse and Celica - the Tib is twice the fun for nowhere near the price.

  When Hyundai redesigned the Tiburon, I had to get it. It looks so stylish. I love the freshly designed front and rear. The 17in RIM is also very nice. With blue interior lights, car looks great at night too. Performance is pretty good too, although it can be improved. Im sure the new Genesis coupe will be excellent in terms of performance. Best of all, Tiburon is real fun to drive.

  I loved it from the moment I saw it...when I test drove it, I knew I had to drive it home that day! The styling is superb, and I like the overall feel of the car. Fit and finish is what Ive found on my previous Hyundai vehicles...excellent.

  An overall great car - 2004 Hyundai Tiburon

  This is a great car. Not perfect, but fun to drive and own. Im going to post this to help other fellow Hyundai Tiburon owners.. The clutches fail due to a simple part and the fix is simple provided your clut ALL Tiburons 2003 and on both 2.0L I4 and 2.7L V6 5 and 6spd manual models have a clutch slave delay valve. This valve, with a tiny spring, causes your clutch to SLIP. REMOVE IT. Ive done this mod myself.. just need a few tools, brake fluid, and ability to spin a wrench. There are posts online for additional details. This mod will save you HUGE money and restore proper clutch feel and reliability. Provided your clutch isnt already ruined. :( When you replace, remove the valve!

  It was used with 21,500 miles on it. I bought it right off the bat. I havent had any trouble with it what so ever. Im actually looking into tuning it up. It handles like no other and the ride is smooth. The sound system is great for being stock. The mpg is great too. I live in Idaho and I drove to Salt Lake City, Utah and back on 1/2 tank of gas and its about a 4 or 5 hour drive from where I live.
