  • All in all, so far so good - 2010 Hyundai TUCSON

All in all so far so good. I have owned 40 cars, and this is a very solid car. My only complaints so far. the noise of the engine while outside of the car idling (although inside you cant hear it), and the chrome rings on the air vents reflecting in the windows. In other words, small things. Only been getting 24 mpg so far... but mainly city, with an average speed of 30 mph.. so good in my opinion. Everything is very well laid out, easy to fine, and the vehicle is deceptively big. much more room inside than you would think from the outside. The stiffer suspension than most CUVs is nice, and you can really feel the weight (or lack there of) compared with other similar vehicles. A+ all around

  • A nice ride for short money - 2010 Hyundai TUCSON

I just got my Tuscon. I traded in a 2009 Mazda6 that was just awful. The Tuscon has all the bells and whistles for $5,000.00 less than the Mazda and its a lot of fun, fuel economy is better and the quality is far better. I am a big guy 6 4" 290 lbs and I have loads of room in the Tuscon. Its got Nav, backup camera, XM radio and lots more. All the controls are simple and easy to set and understand. I would put this up against much more expensive Crossovers any day. You owe it to yourself to check it out. You wont be sorry.

  • Love it! - 2010 Hyundai TUCSON

Coming from a BMW, Im pleasantly surprised with Hyundai. They did a great job with the Tucson. Does it look like a luxury car, yes. Does it ride like a luxury car, unfortunately no. I notice the difference, but its not enough to make me run out and buy a 45/50k BMW again. My first tank averaged approx 26/27 MPG and the second tank averaged approx 23/24 MPG. I drive 30 miles into the city for work daily (stop/go rush hour traffic - Chicago) and love only filling up ONCE a week instead of twice a week...oh, and Im saving sooo much money since I no longer have to pay for premium!! Im also surprised on the acceleration. For a 4cyl, it takes off. Friend drove it and thought it was a 6cyl.

  • Great little car - 2010 Hyundai TUCSON

Bought this car a little over 3 months ago. It replaced a Honda CR-V. I have nothing but good things to say about this car. Size wise it feels much larger then the CR-V, and much more comfortable for long rides. As far as style goes this car looks better and compares to some of the "high-end" types. I have people continually asking me "what kind of car is that?" The ride is smooth and the handling is very good. I like the options that come standard with the car (many of which are not in others). Overall the car is small and compact on the outside, but large and very comfortable on the inside. It gets decent gas mileage, and has plenty of "get up and go".

I love my new car. Its performance and gas millage have exceeded expectations. I have had many people come up to me at stores gas stations and neighbors compliment me on the look of my new Tuscon. It rides so smoothly and steers like a dream. No complaints in that department.

  • Back For Another One! - 2010 Hyundai TUCSON

I bought a Tucson in 2005 (its first year) being a bit hesitant at that time of the brand, but wanting a SUV and loving the affordable price. Well after five years, 100,000 miles, and NOTHING ever going wrong with it, I decided to buy a new one. With its new slicker exterior and interior, the 2010 has a bit more to offer. I opted for the all wheel drive this time, and the ride isnt as smooth, but the added features have been nice.

  • Quality if you can get over the name - 2010 Hyundai TUCSON
    By -

Getting over the Hyundai name was my biggest hurdle. In the past the design was so bulgy and bloated. It is obvious they out sourced the design of this car. It is so clean! The lines are smooth and strong, the fit and finish are the best in the business. The driving experience is fantastic. Not as plush as our Lexus RX 330, but I feel for the price, it is the best value by far.

  • Hyundai Believer Now! - 2010 Hyundai TUCSON

I wanted to post a quick review of how this car handles in the mountains. My wife and I recently purchased this vehicle in Denver and drove it up to our home in the Vail area. That is an elevation gain of over 5,000 ft so there are plenty of hills! The Tucson handled the hills amazingly. We have owned several 4 cylinder Subarus and the Tucson is so much faster on the hills and the transmission is flawless. I was skeptical about hyundai, but I am now a believer. The car is so stylish and so well appointed that I dont know how you could consider any other vehicle in this price range. It also has a lot more room than you would expect looking at it from the outside. Amazing car!

  • The Best small SUV - 2010 Hyundai TUCSON
    By -

This is one of the best vehicle that I have ever driven. It has a quick response and a great fuel mileage. The design is very artistic. Plenty of room inside. I like the manual transmission mode combined with the traditional auto shift. My salesperson was excellent and I would buy this crossover again. The interior is of a luxury kind since I bought the gls extra pkg. Have on fear this vehicle has it over the Mmurano or the Toyota kind.

  • UPDATE - 2010 Hyundai TUCSON
    By -

My first review of the new Tucson was on 1/5/10 w 300 miles on it. Now, with 1500, my opinion is the same. A great car in all respects. Only negatives (which I can live with) are the small gas tank (would have liked a 16-17 gal as on my 05), a door bell for a horn (they should have charges another $10 and it would be heard). The third is the front seat could have been wider. Maybe the leather is the confining aspect. aLSO, I do miss the rear window washer. I get 24-25 local but have not had it on the road for a long trip. This will come in late May. All in all, still very thrilled with the vehicle. Cant wait for the C&D report.
