Azera is an Excellent car - 2006 Hyundai Azera
By nthompson - November 4 - 3:46 amThe finish quality is excelleny. The ride is superior and the noise level is one of the lowwest that I havent heard. There are many amenities on this car listed on the Edmunds web site as "not available". Check it out for yourself. The one thing I miss is a good GPS system.

The Azera-Look out Infinity and Lexus - 2006 Hyundai Azera
By Brad Hart - October 14 - 5:53 amI have 1500 miles on my Azera LE with the Ultimate package. The car is extremely quite even at speeds of 80 MPH. Smooth ride, tight handling, excellent acceleration, great sterio, refined interior design, flawless paint job and loads of space in the cabin and the trunk. Around town mileage 22, highway 25. Needs better front seat bolsters for curves. You cant beat the value of this car no matter what the Manufacturer or model.

The more I drive it, the more I love it! - 2006 Hyundai Azera
By allmet33 - October 4 - 5:56 amI was already impressed with the Hyundai reliablity having traded in my 2002 Sonata GLS w/105k miles on it. Since day one...Ive truly enjoyed driving this new Azera. The ride quality, features, layout, fit and finish truly make this the best Hyundai to date! I love the fact that when you look at the Azera from different angles, it makes you think of other cars and yet...theres nothing on the road that looks like it. Pro - Bang for your buck. Simply put, what you get for your money is not going to be equalled by any other name plate in the industry. Con - That Hyundai is still taking knocks for their past failures, no matter the strides theyve made in product improvement.

Very pleased. - 2006 Hyundai Azera
By John - September 25 - 8:36 amThis is the most pleasing car I have owned. Contrary to some others I find the ride to be pleaingly firm without that floating feeling. Performance is excellent, however unless its needed a feather foot on the gas pedal will keep the car up with traffic and yield a satisfying gas consumption. I achieved 27 mpg with about 60/40 highway/suburban driving. May drop when I exceed 60 mph after the break- in period. Fits and finish are excellent.

Traded in my Caddy - 2006 Hyundai Azera
By mr.bob - September 22 - 3:33 pmHave my car since Apr.1. So far so good . Got it laoded and it comes with more stuff than the Caddy I traded in,it was my third. Its like ridding on marshmellows and I like it that way. I was concerned about the gas mileage at first but after first service everything evened out. I got 26.4 mpg on the road. I cant ask for more.

great value - 2006 Hyundai Azera
By dan herz - August 20 - 1:16 amIve had this car for one week and love it. I had a caddy cts before this and the performance and pickup is much better. With the $1k rebate its an unbelievable value for the $$ especially since I got the dealer to throw in the 02package for free and still only paid dealer invoice.

A Car to Consider - 2006 Hyundai Azera
By senior citizen to be - August 13 - 2:51 pmI had to replace my 97 Camry. Owning all kinds of cars in the past (Lexus- Benz-Honda-Audi) this one made sense. Things I love: safety features (airbags all around, stability and traction control + the usual - ABS etc.), power (250 hp), transmission (smooth, gear stays on until red zone if you hit it), comfort (seats, rear A/C - heat fan, illuminated power switches, auto up/down window for driver & pass), optional features (front & REAR reading lights, huge trunk, good stereo), and highway gas mileage (28). Major gripe: If you want a sporty car this is not it. On straight road it is great. BUT smooshy on curves (just like a Buick). Minor stuff: City MPG could be better. Buy used not new.

Very Impressive!! - 2006 Hyundai Azera
By kw88keys - July 18 - 1:23 pmHave owned one month. Very pleased with the car. Lots of power for the money with quick acceleration and torque at all speed ranges. Corners very nicely with firm control. Interestingly, when I first purchased, the ride was very mushy around corners and I was somewhat dissappointed. Found the tires to be 15-20 lbs under- inflated and corrected. Now corners like my previous Benz. Traded in an Impala LS for this and SO much more car! So far, Ive had more admiring comments from strangers on the looks than most cars Ive owned (only topped by the Benz and a Supra). Most garage employees (live in NYC) think it is a Lexus and they see everything. Steering, braking, fit/finish all A+. Stereo A+.
