This vehicle is fun to drive! - 2004 Honda CR-V
By sotexphan - August 11 - 2:59 pmI have owned Hondas for the past 6 years. I just trader my 3rd Accord for my Green CRV. Now, dont get me wrong, the Accord is the Grand-daddy for sure but I just love my CRV! It is fun to drive, I can fit a lot of stuff in there (especially my bike). We recently went on a trip and could fit everything in the back w/o any problems. It rides great and has a smooth transmission. I like the driving position and there is a lot of interior room especially in the back seat.

CRV=EXcellence - 2004 Honda CR-V
By gr8crv - July 15 - 2:00 amAll things considered, engineering, performance, reliability, economy, exterior and interior design, Hondas CR-V is as best they come. For commuting to and from work, and for weekend camping and fishing trips, my 2004 CR-V suits me perfectly. Its power is surprising, leaving many larger SUVs in my rearview mirror!

lot of car, little money - 2004 Honda CR-V
By isides - July 6 - 9:41 pmIve had this car almost two years now and I can say this is best car Ive ever owned. I had a 97 blazer before this and I must say the rear leg room is far more than the blazer, not as much front leg room but its a smaller vehcile. The shifter coming out of the dash takes getting used to but I love the placement now. All around a wonderful car.

Big Bang For The Buck - 2004 Honda CR-V
By SHARON - July 4 - 10:00 amI recently purchased the Honda CRV, EX. I had previously owned a Subaru Outback Limited Wagon with all the bells. Unfortanely, the bells broke and everything was very expensive to fix. I drive over 2,500 miles a month and have been enjoying my new car each mile. It gives me the room and power I need to feel both comfortable and safe. I would strongly recommend this vehicle. The only suggestion I would make is that they upgrade the interior. The fabric selection looks a bit cheezy.

Pleasant Surprise - 2004 Honda CR-V
By Johnsonr - July 4 - 10:00 amI was looking for a vehicle that could be used around town, be economical, & allow me to haul 2 Great Pyrenees dogs around. The CR-V EX fit all of the critera that I needed, & included a few niceities. The build quality was good & it gave me a few extras that I had not anticipated. Overall both I and the dogs love the vehicle and the opportunity to go places in an economical fashion. I highly recommend for frugal users that want a good quality car at a reasonable price.

Good & Bad - 2004 Honda CR-V
By shawn - June 21 - 11:01 amThis vehicle typically gets rave reviews. I have a few gripes. The interior plastics grow old quickly. Too many rattles and road noise in the cabin. Pluses are a smooth auto transmission, convenient tumble forward rear seats and excellent side panel rubber molding to prevent door dings. My CR-V had a failed drivers seatbelt, replaced free (after waiting a month) and an airbag recall. Very poor MPG- expect 18-19 on average in combination driving. If youre used to driving a sedan this vehicle takes some getting used to. As far as reliability, it has been all Honda-no problems.

By Andrea - June 2 - 11:23 amThis is the best car I have ever owned. It is so fun to drive! I was hesitant about the 5-speed but that made it even more fun. It is also Honda reliable. No problems so far!

Wow - what a great vehicle - 2004 Honda CR-V
By Shelbell - June 2 - 2:00 amThis is a great vehicle to follow up to two Accords which set the bar pretty high. I love sitting up higher among the sea of huge vehicles out there today, and this car has some pep! Great turning radius and everything within easy reach. I recommend adding the side step, the moonroof visor (for sound at high speeds), the front splash guards, and the cargo cover (esp if you are used to having a trunk - and for safety reasons).
