Overview & Reviews
The Sebring's former trim designations have been replaced with base, Touring and Limited while GTC trim carries over unchanged. Sedan and convertible models receive a restyled front fascia and new wheels, while the coupe gets new dash, door and instrument panel trim. Low-speed traction control now comes on all models equipped with antilock brakes.
- Spacious interiors, solid performance, long list of standard features.
- Lacks refinement, build quality and resale value not comparable to class leaders.

Sebring fun - 2004 Chrysler Sebring
By ramsbaugh - April 22 - 9:57 pmI originally purchased my Sebring as an extra vehicle. My primary vehicle was a 2003, 2500 Truck but it was stolen 8 months after I bought the convertible. I do a lot of traveling across the state of Texas so there are lots of miles, typically. I have found the car to be a delight to be in. I have the top down most all year long...even the winter. I really appreciate all of the leg room and comfort for 5 people to enjoy a ride. The body styling is simple and beautiful.

Good car for the price - 2004 Chrysler Sebring
By JIM.C - April 15 - 10:59 amAbout the only thing lacking with this car is the to soft ride when encountering bumps. Good power. Fair gas mileage, biggest back set in its class. Overall very nice looking car.

I love my car - 2004 Chrysler Sebring
By bjoates - April 8 - 11:46 amI originally was given a 1996 Sebring as a gift from my daughter. I will not go back to a hard top. NO matter how I am feeling once I drive a bit with the top down, I feel better

Still a Great Little Car - 2004 Chrysler Sebring
By Hiram in L.A. - February 24 - 8:23 pmIve had my car for two years now. Bought it new in April 2004. It has been a really great little car. I have not had a single problem...no squeaks, no rattles, no vibrations. Not a single mechanical problem or flaw in two years and 20,000 miles. The graphite metallic paint is still beautiful after 2 years and the 2.7 V-6 has all the power & acceleration I need. This is a quality midsize sedan that can compete with any comparable Japanese or European car. Go Daimler Chrysler!

Transportation - We love this car - 2004 Chrysler Sebring
By tlrar - February 19 - 1:14 amNeeding a reliable vehicle during the winter months was VERY important, able to handle upstate NY winters before the snowplows. With good tires, this car exceeded our expectations. Comfort and reliability is a plus. The downfalls of our expectations is it does shift hard and awkward in extreme temperatures. The vehicle is hard to start in extreme temperatures. Very nice running and very smooth car. Acceleration is great yet the tranny is quite noisey when accelerating fast. The car lacks anti lock brakes, but we are able to stop the vehicle wherever and whenever. Anyone looking for a good, stylish and reliable should consider the sebring. We do not regret ours.

Ok Folks, this is an awesome/fun vehicle - 2004 Chrysler Sebring
By ShutEye Thinkin - January 28 - 9:14 pmResearched the Touring convertibles. Test-drove several, looking for one that showed excellent engine, transmission, brake, driving performance. Finally found a dealership trade-in 1-owner with 1.5 years warranty left. Amazing. Great V6 power, great maneuvering, Great steering, quality on manufacturing excellent, not what Ive been used to reading about. Been driving around in 40 deg temps with top down and heat on, and getting off big-time. Everyone I take for a drive has felt the same. I now understand those who say when youve gone convertible, you never go back to a standard car. Black body, black top, black interior, just visually tantalizing, folks. The 10s on-demand roof is the kicker
