Overview & Reviews
For 2004, Chevrolet has dropped the high-line LTZ trim level. Power-adjustable pedals, a DVD-based navigation system, automatically locking doors and XM Satellite Radio are new features this year. The instrument panel now sports a freshened monochromatic look. The North Face Edition package gets unique 17-inch wheels, while all models get new 17-inch aluminum wheels.
- Strong engine performance, comfortable highway ride, extensive features list, user-friendly controls.
- Skittish handling around corners, numb steering, generic interior design, low-grade interior materials.

Excellent - 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
By Mathius - October 7 - 2:00 amI have recently purchased my Trailblazer and loved it since I drove it off the lot. It has just enough power to tackle the day to day things and great gas mileage. This is my 4th GM built vehicle and I have never had a problem with any of them.

2004 Trailblazer LS - 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
By sherim1968_ - May 26 - 2:00 amMy first trailblazer was a 2002 and now have a 2004. I love the way it drives and the comfort. The only downfall is the gas mileage. The 2002 got about 16 mpg city where the 2004 only gets about 14 mpg city.

all is well but the cupholders ! - 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
By special tchr - May 15 - 10:00 amThe turning radius is great. Love the split fold-down seats for added cargo area. I can fold down half the rear seat for cargo and still have my daughter with me safe in her car seat. Car seats fit very well. The cup holders partially block the power ports when holders are being used. Instrument panel and dash may look less "flashy" but are very simple to read, use and access. Overall, I really love my Trailblazer but wish the power ports were in a different area.

Great Truck - 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
By TheCommish777 - April 13 - 2:00 amSolid Construction, Excellent build qaulity. A real truck on a frame. Not like the Import unibodies. The editors love the Imports but they continue to miss what Amercians really want in a truck. Power, lots of room, the feeling of driving a real truck. If we wanted to zip around corners, wed get a sports car.

TRAILBLAZER - 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer
By XE - March 14 - 10:00 amTHE RIDE IS COMFORTABLE. IT HANDLES WELL AND IS HAS GOOD SUSPENSION. ALTHOUGH i HEAR THE ENGINE REVS MORE WHEN THE WEATHER IS HOT AND THE AIR CONDITIONING IS ON. GAS CONSUMPTION IS SIMILAR TO MY OLD 97 CHEVY BLAZER.
