This is the greatest economy car Ive ever driven. A lot of room inside, especially backseat! It drives very zippy, can turn it on a dime!

Im pleased with the car. I was amazed at how tight and quiet it is. I bought it for town driving but find it more than adequate for highway. Very peppy on the interstate! Good build quality.

I fell in love with the car the moment I saw it. After looking at the ticket price is was even more happy! After the test drive I knew this is my car! I got my car fully equiped for around $14,500 and i could not have picked a better car for myself! Roomy, comfortable, safe, easy to control and nice sound system! I do like the "chirp" on the anti theft system. It is a great first car!

We bought the car for our daughter. It is a great little car and she loves it.

The hatchback is a great, practical, "city car" because of its ability to squeeze into tiny parking spaces, good gas mileage, good manueverability, and small turning radius. I am 64" and fit very comfortably (a major reason I purchased). Lots of cargo space too, when seats are folded down, and surprisingly roomy back seats. Its designed for people on a budget--its not sexy, nor does it have the "fun" feel and amenities of sportier models. On the other hand, its reliable basic transportation that meets or exceeds all of my expectations for a car in its class. With GM card rebate and other incentives I got mine for around $7K. Cant beat that!

This car is a peppy little car. The price is right. Thats the only positive things about this car. Alternative to a used car???? It like driving a tin can. Cheaply made somewhare in Korea. That should be you first clue not to buy this car. I should have listened to my first instincts. "PASS THIS ONE UP." The placement of the cup holder is dangerous. It can stop the car from going into park when a cup is in right holder. It caused mine to fly out of gear and through a garage door. Feels like it could turn over easily due to high center of gravity. Dont drive it in a wind storm!

  • Second Car surprise - 2004 Chevrolet Aveo

My wife and I bought this car as a vehicle for me to drive back and forth to work. However, we have been using it more than our minivan. The trunk is large enough for the bicycle trailer we have for our children, with room to spare, and we have a rack to carry our bicycles on the roof. I would not have been able to carry as much in the 94 Cavalier I used to own as I am able to get in this car. As my wife cant drive a vehicle with manual transmission, that makes this my car. We can even carry on a conversation without having to raise our voices on the interstate doing 70 mph.

This car is good for someone looking for a compact, fuel efficient, lower priced vehicle. It costs $29 @ $1.72 per gallon to fill my Buick Century and only $18.00 @ $2.02 per gallon to fill up my Aveo. I love that! Its a cute car. I love the metallic blue color also. The only thing Ive noticed is that it doesnt do well in windy conditions at speeds over 65 mph. The car is very unsteady at that time. I love my MP3 player also.

  • great Car for first car - 2004 Chevrolet Aveo

I bought this car after looking for a couple of weeks at competing dealerships. The price was right and the value has proven well worth it.. If very rarely takes me more than $20 to fill it up and it last for a little over a week including the 40 miles i drive back and forth to work.

The small exterior is misleading. This car has lots of head & leg room, my 66" son has more room than in our Honda. Even the snall hatch back is deceptive, it is actually pretty roomy. It goes pretty good on the highway, I am just a little nervous to take it out when winds are really strong, as the car is so light. We have been pleasantly surprised!
